Pros: My flight got delayd. a representative Thrifty (hertz counter) waited for me, after the regular working hours - 00:30. went through all the procedurs very quickly and even upgrated my car to a higher level, for free (and the car was brand new).
Cons: one warning light on the car started showing on the dashboard pannel. i've red on the car's book that maybe (if its not go out by itself) it needs a mechanic. nobody answerd on the number thw company gave. eventually, the alarm stopped by itself.

Driver requirements

A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.

Cross border rentals are allowed only upon previous request.

The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Electric vehicles must be returned with the same battery charge they had when picked up to avoid additional charges (on a per kWh basis). An additional admin fee will be charged if a vehicle is returned with less than 20 % battery charge remaining.
