Pros: When the car broke down, the company representative insured my travel directly to the hotel at the company’s expense And then to the airport.

Cons: First...I was not given the car I reserved...it was an old car The car broke down two days later and I had to leave it far away When I went to the airport to travel after the end of the vacation, I was asked to go to the company’s service counter But I did not find anyone there, and I waited for more than half an hour and no one came

Pros: check out was fast and done by professional guy, only downside been requested to enter again airport with metal detector checking for just sign contract that could be easily be done out after car inspection

Cons: at check in forgot passport and no accept to send. it by mail but then propose me to cancel reservation and propose me a private car that no request passport copy, very unprofessional Gone back with passport two hours late and still long time waiting procedures, asked to pay by Amex as they hold a big advertise accepting it but said. no possible, then after declined their insurance many times magically can pay rent and deposit with Amex. Cons: The car was not in excellent exterior / interior conditions as it was quite used - 150k km - and a little underpowered (small engine). Third row seats were made unusable by the seat covers, which prevented us from folding the second row seats. However, it proved plenty capable for our needs

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Mileage: 1500 km per rental, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 330.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Contract fee, Airport surcharge, Road tax, Vehicle registration fee, Environmental charge, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 22 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.

Maximum rental age is 65 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
Payment policy
At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card.

The following payment methods are accepted: Cash, Visa Debit Card, MasterCard debit card, American Express Debit card.
When paying with cash, a debit/credit card issued on the main driver's name is required for security purposes.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age).
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request. Delivery/Collection service is available within city limits. Additional charges will be applied, depending on the distance.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
Winter tires are not mandatory in Azerbaijan.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 30 days. If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 120 minutes.
