Pros: We were upgraded for free. The car was very clean and new. The pick and up and drop off process was seamless. No issues with the car. Well priced as well!

Cons: This company full of scam. After I returned the car they "found" small dental and charge me additional 70$ from my card without my authorisation (it was charged additionally to deposit) in the same time by their policy they should not charge for small dental at all. So they could use your card after you returned a car and take your money for some “additional findings” without your authorisation. When I asked to send me some evidences for the scratch, they stopped answering me at all.

Pros: They do not have usb ports to connect my phone and use waze or google maps

Pros: Very quick and efficient. Able to change to bigger car when we got to Dubai airport. Love that the help desk is inside airport (not in the hot garage after a long flight). By the time we walked to the garage, the car was already parked there and ready to go. Process is so smooth, and a much much better experience than Hertz (which we had used several times and kept getting bad experiences. So glad we finally switched!)

Pros: Honestly the agent is good and the staff are professional and helpful but the car provided was not to the standard that I am used to from them

Cons: The car was older model and not as clean I would like , the fuel level was not full (little under full) they said return it same but realistically speaking I can't stop at the gas station and say pump 5 then 5 until reaching the level it was it should be given full and return full but given not full and recorded full this is not good. The car had many dents and scratches all around and there is a problem in the Bluetooth which cased some distractions to me as it kept on disconnecting.

Cons: They were rude and unhelpful and didn’t care for our custom. Lost my deposit which I paid discover cars in the uk. They told me there is nothing they can do because I am not there customer. They also said I should’ve booked with them direct and this would’ve never happened.

Pros: They were spot on. The gentleman that handed me the car once arriving was really really helpful. His name was Mursaleen. The airport had lost my suitcase. I did not know what to do as every employee I was meeting who worked in the airport was given me different information. Luckily for there driver he took me to the main office where I could report all this. If I had not told Mursaleen (thrifty driver) I would have never got it. I am glad I went with Thrifty and the help they gave me.

Pros: There was NO queue when I arrived so booking in and picking up the car was quick. No hassle for additional insurance either.

Cons: The first car I had although clean on the outside, wasn't cleaned on the inside. E.g. the previous renters hire agreement was still inside.

Cons: When I order a "full size SUV", then considering the price I paid I do expect 4x4 car like landcruiser. But not toyota rush, which is weak, 2-wheel, weak motor, just looks from outside on the firswt sight as a big car. Total disappointment.

Cons: That I had to wait for 20 min to instantly pay for the toll when returning the car, while I nearly missed my flight due to this. I asked to just charge the creditcard but that was not possible. But 2 days later my creditcard was charged anyway for the last 2 days toll, so why did they let me wait for it when I returned the car. People have no time for this when they have to catch a flight.

Cons: We had to drive from our arrival teminal 2, to terminal 3. As we were al tired and with 6 people this wasn't that easy. Also thet didn't mention that 4 day's later a desk was opened at terminal 2 to drop off the car.

I get it and I understand that you want to transfer everything electronically in terms of marking the damages on the reps phones but I think as a customer I should get a copy to make sure
