Pros: They didn’t try to scare me into buying extra insurance like many have done before.

Cons: There was no checklist of existing damage on pick up. There were scratches on one door which I didn’t notice when I picked up the car. Luckily I had photographed the car all over and was able to confirm the scratches were there before I picked up the car.

Cons: Agreement was full to full on petrol. I realised once I had left that the tank was not full. I should've checked and should have taken a picture but I trusted the brand name. I spent most of my time checking the outside of the car for damage. total mileage on the trip was just under 100km, as proved by the dash and the starting figure provided on THEIR paperwork. When I told them the fuel was not full and showed them the petrol receipt of €40 (>25l) they said their starting number could be wrong

Pros: Helpful agent, easy to find, trustworthy brand, in airport pick up and drop off.

Cons: Car wasn't in great condition externally, it was quite dirty externally and there were lots of small areas of damage (scratches, body work dents etc) which made me nervous in case they accused me of doing the damage (which they didn't). Internal seemed clean but the condition of the external made me question this. But overall satisfied.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1200.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.

In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: Child seat (2-4 years of age).
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Additional charges will be applied.
Booked extras are not guaranteed. All extras are subject to availability at the rental counter.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Business hours
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 1 hour after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 29 minutes.
