Cons: 1 service agent for over 40 guest waiting.- waited over an hour and 15 to talk to agent, got a very dirty car, returned got a new one...took another 1/2 hour. Also wouldn't honor us being in their perks program. I'll never use them again.

Pros: Nothing, I waited 3 and half hours to get the car.

Cons: The line was about 50 people in front of me. After talking to the representative she said it would be an hour to get a car. She said they had to clean them before they could let them be obtained. I would not recommend Thirty to anyone. I will never use you again.

Pros: Extremely poor service picking up the car. Waited 1 and a half hours to find car wasn’t ready despite checking on the morning. Then had to wait another hour and a half to find out still no car before they agreed an upgrade for me.

Cons: Extremely poor and slow and nothing explained by the agent.

Cons: Poor advice on tolls and the lack of gas stations near the drop off. Didn’t like you couldn’t pay for extra driver in advance.

Cons: The service of the agent at the front desk was terrible. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. They we’re going to charge me for an entire 24 hours if I picked up the car 15 minutes early. I requested a voltswagon Jetta and received a Hyundai instead. These are not equivalent car qualities. The car was scratched and dented and this was not noted in any paperwork or by the agent. The agent was also manipulative and misrepresented how the car insurance worked. I do not recommend thrifty at all

Cons: Choking smell of cigarette smoke throughout the four-day rental and then confusing return directions at ORD (no signage and then re-diected by agent, having to go against traffic in tight quarters), resulting in stress and much time wasted

Cons: Malfunctioning Corrola. Upcharge for "full coverage" that I never got benefits from. Had to drive the broken and smelly car to anothet location to exchange it for an identical car which was the dirtiest Ive ever s een for a rental. Cigarette butt betwren the seats!

Rate includes
Unlimited mileage, Loss Damage Waiver (with zero deductible), Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI), State Tax, Surcharges.
Rate excludes
Many highways in USA are tolled using only electronic means.
An E-Toll is offered in order to avoid violation fees.
The option to prepay tolls is available for 9.99 USD to 27.99 USD per day depending on the travel area.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 20 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

In order to pick up the car, the renter and each additional driver must present the following documents: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.
An International Driving Permit is required (in addition to your regular driver license) if the national driver license is not written in the following language(s): English.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Alternatively, for rates that include Fuel Purchase Option the first tank of gas is included. Customers do not have to refuel the vehicle prior to return.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 62 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 29 minutes.
