Cons: Wiper blades broke. Agent upon return was indifferent and would.not comp me the $35 I spent replacing blades. I could.not bring the car back since it was raining and they had no other cars.

Pros: Checking and getting our car took quite awhile even though there wasn’t a line. The agent, Mike, went over every little thing and it took forever. The car was just fine. Appeared clean but as you looked closely everything was wiped with a dirty cloth bc their was this disgusting film on the hard surfaces.

A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Alternatively, for rates that include Fuel Purchase Option the first tank of gas is included. Customers do not have to refuel the vehicle prior to return.

Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 62 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.

Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 29 minutes.
