Cons: Was told that it was inside the terminal but it was a whole different terminal - 10 minute bus ride away - no clear signs where to find car. Was offered tolls at a daily rate . ($75 for rental period). When I asked if I was going to need it for my planned trip - was told definitely- after paying I see there is an option to pay on ad hoc basis - didn’t go through one the entire trip ($75 out of pocket)

Pros: They bent over backwards to help me to resolve my issue regarding the charges that I thought I was prepared for, by helping md with my options! Very Kind and Patient!

Cons: When booking the rental way in advance, I asked about how much would I need to hold aside. They said $200.00. When I went to paywith my debit card. The young man, Malik, said that would be $500.00, because it would be a debit. So I had to rethink how to get the $200.00 on the credit card that I had. So when I called the card company regarding putting the amount onto my credit card from. My account, they Quickly made the funds available within 5 mins! So I was now able to get the Rental!

Pros: We took the first available car we could as Texas was hit with an ice storm so there was a 2 hour wait to get our pre- booked car. Not really their fault but the vehicle we did get had no fuel, no screen wash and hadn’t been cleaned since the last rental and we had to clean out the trash. We bought screen wash only to find out it wasn’t working anyway. The wipers worked but didn’t spray anything out. We had hoped they would give a discount but was told no. The counter ladies were limited to help

Cons: Should have been offered a discount and we did ask but the counter ladies said their hands were tied and corporate had a blanket ‘no’ as it was weather related delays.

Pros: Overall, the service was very good. I would suggest, however, that the agents, who dispense the cars, be given training to familiarize themselves with the various makes & models, so that they can answer customers' basic questions.

Cons: When I dropped-off the car, the intake agent was unable to print-off a receipt for me in a timely manner. As I was running late, she offered to send it to me via e-mail, which was fine; however, I never did get the e-mailed receipt.

Pros: I don't really know; I'm not sure. It definitely wasn't the price. I felt like I was over charged and taken advantage of.

Cons: The Thrifty desk wasn't open; we had to go to the Dollar desk, which had a very long line. Then when we went to get our car it was very confusing. It ended up being the Hertz lot that our Thrifty car was it. It took a while to find that out, and then when we did, there were two identical cars left to choose from; one white one silver. I chose silver.I don't really know. I'm not sure

Rate includes
Unlimited mileage, Loss Damage Waiver (with zero deductible), Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI), State Tax, Surcharges.
Rate excludes
Many highways in USA are tolled using only electronic means.
An E-Toll is offered in order to avoid violation fees.
The option to prepay tolls is available for 9.99 USD to 27.99 USD per day depending on the travel area.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 20 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

In order to pick up the car, the renter and each additional driver must present the following documents: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.
An International Driving Permit is required (in addition to your regular driver license) if the national driver license is not written in the following language(s): English.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Alternatively, for rates that include Fuel Purchase Option the first tank of gas is included. Customers do not have to refuel the vehicle prior to return.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 62 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 29 minutes.
