Cons: Indications peu précises lors deu check in de la localisation de la voiture. Pas de personnel Top Car sur le parking. On est livré à soi-même. Voiture avec de nombreux impacts sur la carosserie.

Cons: Still awaiting refund of deposit which was taken as a payment rather than reserving the cash. Fortunately I still have two weeks until my next statement so if refunded quickly I won't have to pay the money. Hence low value for money score as I may end up paying interest to credit card.

Cons: The fact that my original car which was given to me had illegal tyre treads. Then the 2nd car hired was full of scratches so I had to take a video before leaving. Then Top Car took over £1K deposit from my debit card and not just a security hold instead it was money out of my bank and returned 5 days after I returned the vehicle. For this reason alone I will not use Top Car again

Cons: On check-out, was told that the fuel tank was full and should be returned full. In fact, the tank was just over half full, although I returned it full. The contract showed no damage to the car, but I found a large dent on the driver side rear door which I photographed and reported on return of the car. We worried during the holiday that we would be charged for the damage, which should have been marked on the contract. In the event we were rightly not charged.

Cons: Poor pick up procedure. Wasnt aware of damage to car bodywork until we got to the car. Wasnt explained that our contract was sent by email which had a diagram of the damage. It would have been helpful to have someone escort us tothe car to answer questions. We spent a long time trying to get the nav/media system to work.

Pros: The service was very good and we were dealt with effectively and efficiently even though we didn't speak Spanish. The whole process was a pleasant experience.

Cons: The only thing was the parcel shelf in the car which wasn't working and kept falling in to the boot causing the rear window to become partially occluded. I put it on the back seat in the end to solver the problem.

Cons: The car had significant bodywork scrape when I picked it up and I would have liked some indication of this by agent on collection, plus a more helpful approach to locating the car and first directions from airport.

Cons: The agent was very unhelpful, didn’t seem at all interested. Didn’t confirm the email address so I didn’t get a copy of the contract and had to chase it. Wasn’t any information given about what to do if there were any problems.

Pros: Pick up was very nice and good, staff very helpful and open. At times I found it very hard to listen to the member who was explaining the rules. The seat was right to another member and both were talking right next to you, also there was a large pease of glass that stopped the conversation. Otherwise it was a very good pickup.

Pros: We have used top car 3 times now & every time we have picked the rental car up it has had existing damage, We are always worried that TopCar are going to try & charge us for that damage.

This time however the car wasn’t washed the windscreen was dirty and the car was left in a waste ground car park . TBH it has put me off Top Car again . We should have rejected the car but wanted to get to our accommodation . The car wasn’t washed drivable and ok but just not to the usual standard we expected .

Cons: I did email the company on the day of my arrival to express my concern regarding the state of the car and my dissatisfaction. The response I received suggested I applied to make a claim. I wasn’t looking for a claim, I was looking for a solution to the issue and support to put it right. I also offered a solution myself, as I was returning to the airport to pick up family and was happy to cooperate with any support that was offered. No support was offered, just a suggestion to make a claim.

Pros: The company which our hire car was from was Top Car. On arrival, their desk was really available. After a little paper work and securing a deposit, the pick up of car was fast and efficient.

Cons: Car difficult to find at pick-up, because it was parked on a street rather than in a TopCar compound. On return, the agent would not inspect the car, and merely asked if it was damaged in any way, which it was not. I offered to show photos which I had taken of damage noticed at pick-up, but he was not interested in looking at them or inspecting the car with me. I trust that the damage deposit will be refunded fully.

Pros: Competitve pricing and easy drop off process. Used this provider in Tenerife last year as was same there too.

Cons: Car was very poor by comparable standards with other providers - old, clunky navigation interface, Car Play didn't work, car rattled and was under powered fo the hills of Lanzarotte, bodywork already battered, over 50,000 km on the clock and seemed every bit it's age. Uncomfortable and not the model that was booked.

Pros: As mentioned above, the car I hired was late being returned but the staff at the desk went above and beyond to make sure that our trip wasn't effected.

Pros: Damage to front of car, front bumper skirt eas dragging on ground and the under tray and bumper was loos and vibrated badly. The car also struggled to perform, on hills the engine picked and created tsil backs behind. Haven driven the sane car before there was a serios perforance issue.
