Pros: Efficient service. Reasonably priced. Good sized vehicle.
Cons: The pick up location was a little hard to find. The car was not where we were told. There was quite a lot of damage on one side which they did not show me at point of rental. My copy of the documents arrived by email about 2 hours after rental - thankfully most of the damage was marked on therefore I did not lose the security deposit. I also paid for the premium insurance which should have meant I didn’t need to pay the security deposit. However they insisted I did pay it.
Pros: I appreciated the overall responsiveness and support provided by TopCar Rentals. The team was helpful at the counter and communicated clearly during the rental. When the initial vehicle mismatch occurred, it was acknowledged and corrected by providing a suitable replacement. Assistance during the breakdown and towing process was also arranged promptly. Despite the challenges, the staff remained professional and cooperative, which made it easier to manage the situation during the trip.
Cons: There were a few areas where the service from TopCar Rentals could improve. The initial vehicle didn’t match the booking (8-seater instead of 9-seater), causing some delay. There were minor reliability concerns, including a parking brake issue. The tyre condition also appeared worn. Additionally, some restrictions (like unpaved road usage) were not clearly highlighted. Better communication and vehicle checks would improve the overall experience.
Pros: A few scrapes but you get that with rental cars and they were all shown on the contract So no worries
Cons: They did not press you to take full cover but explained the benefits
Pros: Member of the team at pick up was lovely and although car wasn’t ready she was apologetic and sorted as fast as she could.
Cons: The car had so many dents, scratches and bumps on it the overall appearance was quite poor which was disappointing. Also car wasn’t ready so we had to wait around 30 mins for it to be available for what we ordeeed.
Pros: The car wasn't very clean outside but there was a sand storm on that day

A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
Maximum rental age is 99 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 3 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
All non-EU residents staying in the EU for longer than 6 months must present a driving licence from an EU country. In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
Underage additional drivers are also subject to a young driver fee.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.
The first additional driver is allowed free of charge.
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 240 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
