Very unprofessional not to go over car together and fill in an agreed damage form, niavity on my part not to photo the car myself beforehand but had no problems in past renting cats. I don't believe damage was caused during our rental.

Pros: when needed a replacement due to the brake pads being worn out, they collected the car by transporter and replaced the car within 2 hours

Cons: very slow check in, agents on public side of desk. no visible car condition prior to release
