I asked if they would deliver a car to us and said they would but would take the £700 deposit which I thought was unacceptable so didn’t push the issue any further.

Pros: the desk was easy to find and the staff were very friendly and efficient. I was offered an upgrade for more money, which I declined. I also decline their insurance because I had my own. The was no sales pressure in either case. I would definitely use again

Pros: Asked once if I wanted the full cover insurance which I declined because I'd already got cover in place.

Cons: Kiosk in arrivals had two operators, and around 10 people waiting in the queue. We later discovered there were operators in the exit of arrivals but we was never called round, we were left to wait.

Cons: Minor niggle, because my credit card was swiped for deposit (200 Euro) this was actually put through rather than just held. This resulted in me having to pay transaction charges when the deposit was reimbursed (which was done quickly) of 10.50 GBP which was not expected.

Pros: The agent I picked up the car from receives 5 stars from me for her excellent service. The other agents involved after I decided the extend the hire rental 0 stars.

Cons: Do not take advantage from a returning customer by charging them a higher rate from the initial daily rental. Keep the same rental especially when you have a lot of cars still waiting to go out and be rented. DISSAPOINTED !

Cons: They didn’t accept my full coverage, the person was not pleasant ( she really didn’t want to be there ) , the whole pick up took so long …very disappointing and frustrating to be forced to pay twice for coverage!!!

Cons: The car was a cheap budget car with very basic engine and terrible suspension and steering in the corners. Also was very dirty when picked up and full with scratches and damages.

Cons: A more efficient collection. In this day and age, paperwork should be gone and it should be tablet based. Uploading of ID and details of where you are staying could easily be obtained prior to the trip. Would speed up the collection process. An hour spent in a queue after travelling all day is the last thing you want to do.
