By 2022, the company had 2,000 vehicles. In 2006, the company opened its office at Sofia Airport. As of 2023, Top has expanded to Burgas, Varna, and Plovdiv Airports. Its head office is now at Sofia Airport. The company has more offices in downtown locations and along the Bulgarian coast. 90% of the company’s vehicles are no more than 3 years old (with many being brand new).

Top Rent a Car allows renters to take their vehicles to neighboring countries, like Romania, Greece, Turkey, and North Macedonia (though the vehicles have to be returned to Bulgaria).
