Pros: Great car, good location (in the Shell gas station, so it's easy to fill it up after). There were some discount cards for the gas, the guy at the drop-off was really friendly and nice.
Cons: It's quite difficult to reach them by phone and understand what they're saying. Yes, it might sound stupid, but that was my experience. I was late for a pick-up for 30min. and they even said that there will be a fine for me! :D but that was a misunderstanding, I hope. Also, I'm not sure about these 'souvenirs' you give as a gift :)

Cons: The deductible to the CDW & theft insurance was 300 Euro, which I find quite high.

Pros: We did not have any problems during the rental period so I cannot tell how good or bad they are in a difficult situation. Under normal circumstances they were great.
Cons: GPS that we ordered was not in a working condition so we lost an hour driving to another location to replace the GPS device.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1000.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Road tax, Free modifications.
Driver requirements

A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 23.
There is no maximum age.

Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
