Pros: Easy, fast enough, efficient.

Cons: Because cars are located 300-400 m away from rental desk check in and out is not provided by an agent but just by yourself. In the summer it is more or less ok but in autumn, spring and winter daylight is very short and it could cause misunderstanding between both rental parties.

Cons: We had to double check the price, as origin price was different calculated by Discover cars. Its good idea to accept the offer 20€ for cleaning the car. This information is not provided by Discover Cars. Otherwise they charge you 15€ interiour or/and 15€ exteriour.

Pros: Hello! I get problem with insurance, I by it from you and Toprent Latvia too, because I have just debit card. and they usually can be rented with a debit card but you have to pay for full insurance. Therefore, on your website, I bought with full insurance. When I received the car, Toprent said that your insurance has no validity and I need to buy full insurance from them again, which cost 100 euros additionally. My conclusion due to such situations, I can no longer order from you it extra exp.

Cons: Additional extras like baby car seat was old and in not good condition. I hope at least toprent stands for its safety. There could be mounting of carseat included and allready done when you pick up the car,but we needed to do it ourselves, which is a bit difficult if you f.eks. come alone with a loads of baggage and a baby. And the parking is a bot far away if you need to pick up the car with all baggage.

Cons: Unhelpful service desk not interested in solving our problem. Responded dismissively to hearing feedback on return of car. Lied about information on car class we needed being on their website to get rid of us. When we checked it wasn’t on the website. Blamed Discover Cars for the problem of wrong car, said they’d had problems with Discover cars car codes being wrong before. Discover Cars didn’t resolve until 4 days later when we were 100,s of kms away & so unable to swap the car. Very poor

Cons: It closes at 11 pm, my flight was suppose to arrive 5 minute before that - I wpuldn't be at their desk on time. But my flight was delavec anyway and my husband was there before me, so we changed the main driver and he picked up the car so everything was ok.

Pros: Information are presented poorly and taking extra fees only for not having a credit card but only a debit is ridiculous.

Cons: I was warned that my booking should be cancelled after an hour from our previously told arrival time. What if the flight is delayed? Am I suppose to give 5-8 hours later arrival time than the planned? Why does it matter if we arrive a few hours later? Especially if the agent calls and I told them I'm at the airport, and I'm waiting for a reason what is out of my control?

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1000.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Winter tires, Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Road tax, VAT (value added tax).
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 19 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 22.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU countries.
Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).

Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.

In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age).
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Certain additional drivers are subject to both an Additional Driver fee as well as either a Young Driver or Senior Driver fee.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
By law, winter tires are mandatory on all roads from 01.12 to 01.03. Snow chains are allowed in icy/snowy conditions.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 30 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 59 minutes.
