Pros: Friendly and no attempt to sell unwanted extras.
Cons: Nothing. Reps were superb. Car had a number of scratches and dents but not an issue as all highlighted on handover. Drive in Ukraine and you will soon realise why cars carry marks of war! Drive defensively is my recommendation.

Cons: When pick up vehicle, there was no one to note condition, when return, they claim there was a scratch on 1 wheel, while under dispute, they charged my creditcard $129.

Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 26.
Maximum rental age is 80 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit or debit card on a main driver's name, booking voucher.

A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
A deposit will be charged if one of the following cards is used: Visa debit card, MasterCard debit card.

At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.

The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.

Snow chains are allowed in icy/snowy conditions. Winter tires are recommended during the winter season but are not mandatory.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 365 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.

Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 120 minutes.
