Cons: the driver's seat of the car was not functional (backrest tilted too far to the right). problem reported in 24 hours, the company confirmed to me that they could change the car for me, but that I had to pick it up at another airport, I moved the following day, when I called the switchboard m made me wait 2 hours to finally tell me that they don't have a car available, and that we still have to wait until the end of the day, I refused to waste any more time, and I kept the car with faulty seat.

Pros: Good service. But inspection Report should reflect all the marks , especially when a client is collecting car late in the evening and it is dark there, he will not be able to spot all the marks.

Cons: Upon drop off , the united crs representative was arguing over the mark very low under the bumper. I told him that I showed it your colleague and he was suppose to tick it. There was another mark above it so he ticked only one. My wife could speak the language so she convinced him to speak to your colleague who gave us the car. He had a word with him and he confirmed that it was a mark there prior. If my wife couldn't speak the native language then clearly they were going to deduct money

Cons: Was difficult to find pickup location and representative. Drop off was a hassle also with the represented taking 20 mins to arrive even after giving prior notice. Car was quite old and used. Stains on the seats.

Rental Conditions

Please check the Rental Conditions for each vehicle prior to booking as some conditions, particularly the deposit and deductible, may vary based on the class of vehicle.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1400.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 19 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 24.

Maximum rental age is 80 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 65.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
Payment policy
At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: Diners, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, Maestro credit card, American Express credit card.
Only cards issued in the main driver's name are accepted.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Wi-Fi.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Certain additional drivers are subject to both an Additional Driver fee as well as either a Young Driver or Senior Driver fee.

Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Additional charges will be applied.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
Clients will be charged in the following currency: MAD.
In case of renting at the airport location, the customer must provide a valid flight number in order to make a reservation.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 30 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 120 minutes.
