United Rent A Car at Casablanca Airport

Cons: Take more money, Unblock my deposit money, even I gave them there car with good condition, more clean than I received it.

Cons: The company is clearly deceiving. At the time of booking, the price for renting a car was $350. Time to take the car was set 9-00, 1 day before arrival I tell the agent that we will be two hours late. We arrived at the airport at 11-30 and I called the agent, said that our booking is not valid because we are late. However we went to the office (which is not easy) and they suggest us car for 650$ (which is normal price but 2x more than I reserve)

Cons: I didn’t like that they didn’t provide any road help or maintenance. When my would not start and didn’t offer any help. I was stranded, until I hired someone else to help me to fix the problem. I don’t know if they are going to refund me the money I spent on fixing it or not.

Cons: we put our flight number on the online form when booking. our flight was very late as it was sent to marrakech, being unable to land in casablanca. when we landed in marrakech, we called the agency to warn them of the delay. however, when we finally arrived, the agents were unaware that the flight had been delayed, that we had tried to communicate with them, and so they said our car had been given away and we had to pay €80 for an (unwanted) upgrade, to a car that was not fit for travel.

Cons: I had to wait 2 hours for my car, which was coming from Rabat, even though I had reserved a car at the Casablanca airport. The car was completely dirty, with error messages on the dashboard. I had to exchange the car the next day for a different one (a Dacia Logan). I rented this car for 3 days and lost a day because I had to drive all the way back to the airport to exchange it. On the last day, I returned the car and later noticed that an additional 50 dirhams had been deducted from my credit

Pros: Value for money, it was the cheapest option and decent service. The car ran on diesel (gasoil), which is cheaper than gasoline and readily available throughout the country. They came to collect the car from us at the airport hotel, which was very helpful. The vehicle was returned with no damage and the credit card deposit was cleared at the end of the trip.

Cons: The office is in an obscure area and the shuttle took a while at the airport. We ordered a small car and were given a station wagon, but it grew on us in the end. :)

Cons: The car looks like survived world war 2. The key didn’t work appropriate, no airconditioning, and a lot of damage. The pick-up was at an unsafe parking lot. The drop off was even worse, in the middle of nowhere, far from the airport, dangerous dogs and a guy who arrived in his pajamas. One big scam.

Cons: I was asked by the rental agent to pay for parking to be able to leave the pick up location. It was not easy as I didn't have any local currency as I just flew in. The agent marked the level of fuel as 1/4 but there was actually less fuel in the tank that that. Then I was charged for gas after I dropped the car off even though I returned it with the same fuel amount as when I picked it up. The agent also tried to charge me a cleaning fee just for regular use.

Cons: Firstly they charged €39 extra for arriving just after 10pm even though I had the car for 1.5 days less due to flights disruption. Then when I was supposed to drop the car instead of dropping the car at the airport so that I get on with my travel plans they asked me to go to their office which is about 10~15minutes away from the airport, there was a small scratch on the rear bumper they charged 7500 dirhams instead of fair ~500 dirhams and due to their delays, I missed my flight!! NOT RECOMMEND

Pros: I will never rent or recommend United cars customer service especially the supervisor Selma so rude mean and unprofessional just there arrogant showing her power that will only ruin the company my God how rude that lady was.

Cons: I had to return the car at 11 even if I picked it up at 14.25 I been waiting from 12 to that time in the hot weather than day of return my flight time was amended from 13.45 to 19.45 I have explained and asked for 2 hours she asked me to pay 60£. Worst experience in renting a car ever in my life really upset me. Selma ended the call so rude and not professional at all.

Pros: Fantastic rental experience with united Car Rental Morocco . The car was clean, fair condition and everything about my rental from booking to drop off was smooth, easy and stress free. Jalila was excellent to deal with over the phone and in person, even she took time and effort to bring the car to nearest convenient location to me . with great customer service and helpful knowledge to share. I would highly recommend united Car Rental and will absolutely use them again in the future.

Cons: Frankly this is the first and the last time I will use them. United car rental has no office or stand in the airport you go to the parking lot to look and wait for the assistant to show up. Cons: The agent showed up with the car an hour late after our scheduled arrival. She did process the total amount of rental payment and kept saying the credit card has no sufficient funds to process the €1200 deposit. My husband handed her a different card and she said I will charge you €195 for using a different card. We called our credit card company and we had more than sufficient money. After 2 hours we found € 195 was a fraud. They just want to charge people more money.

Pros: The service was subpar. No sign at airport, no counter, no agent. No way to find where rental was to take place. I borrowed a person's phone to call several numbers on the voucher and reached an agent who arrived 1.5 hours after the scheduled time while I waited in the parking lot with my family. Overall, a terrible experience.

Cons: The car was in poor shape, no gas at all in the tank (flashing empty), had to pay parking fee to exit airport, dings and dents all over the car body and windshield, radio did not work, air-conditioner sounded like a locomotive, not the car I reserved and I later realized I paid extra fees during rental that the company gave inconsistent explanations about. United appears to be affiliated with Fox rent a car. Do not be fooled. Do not rent from them. This was an awful start to a vacation.

Cons: Hidden costs at all points of the transaction : debit vs. credit card entails an additionnal fee if you don't have the right one, additionnal cleaning fee at the end when you're at the airport and need to leave whereas the car was not 100% clean when you got it, additionnal fee for early drop off in the day, etc. Its not clear on how much you're going to spend and I thought I was going to abandon the transaction even before it began. I will not rent with this agency again.

Their employees are not fluent in English, but mislead me by mumbling the insurance policy! 4. The car has a serious problem of automatic staring movement on the right side which is dangerous!

Cons: All tires on the car were from different manufacturers, renovated side mirror was not the factory (the magnification of the mirror was different) and was glued on tape. Safety belt on the back seat had no lock. Company gave us a dirty car inside, and upon returning they obliged us to pay for the dry cleaning of the cabin (20 EUR). employees are not interested in customer satisfaction, but are only interested in the illegal receipt of money from the client.

Pros: The car was brand new, we took our car very fast, also their empoyee Hicham were very friendly.

Cons: Fast service, very good price, I recommend this car rental company
