Pros: Super prestation toujours à la hauteur de ce qu’on demande Ilham Amine et Fatimazahra sont toujours aux petits soins, afin que notre réservation se passe au mieux. Je recommande vivement.

Pros: L'accueil des ouvriers et la sympathie et l'écoute et la compréhension j'aimerais tout ça qui se traduit une valeur matériel

Cons: Il manque un bureau d'accueil respectueux pour nous et pour les ouvriers l'accueil il était plein air le froid et la chaleur et la poussière nous on a pas l'habitude d'avoir ça merci

Cons: One of the representatives is quite miserable and lacks customer service. Dropping the vehicle their was noone present to collect which I found was totatly unproffesional and hence we nearly missed our flight. I double confirmed with the representative someone be present at the specified time however no one! We rented two vehicles and ensured they were washed prior to drop off however was always challeneged they were not (this is just a money maker for the company)

Pros: Le service a été catastrophique. La voiture était dans un état catastrophique, les pneus étaient dégonflés (les 2 de devant été percés). La roue de secours été percée également.

On ma demandé 140euro pour un surclassement pour prendre une diesel or ce n ai pas marqué sur le contrat Contrôle technique de la voiture expiré pendant la période de location.qui a entraîner une amende (gros bakchich de 300dh équivalent de 30€ pour éviter la rétention de mon permis et la carte grise) J ai toutes le copies si ça intéresse quelqu'un

Cons: Very difficult to find, no employees are wearing any United clothing to help identify them. My car was in rough condition cosmetically, but worked fine. They attempted to charge me a cleaning fee for the exterior of the car having dust on it, which appeared to be some sort of pollen in the air. I wouldn’t recommend them, just go to one of the bigger name rental companies. Honestly if you are staying locally you don’t need a car in Fes.

Pros: The vehicle provided was not only old but also in a noticeably poor condition with over 170 000 km and engine light. I had a Dacia instead of a Ford, which I had pay a little extra for. From exterior scratches to interior wear and tear.

Cons: Staff was AWFUL. The person Was eyerolling us, and kept ignoring us when we explained that they gave us a dirty car, the only moment she replied is to say "we Know the likes of you, you take clean cars and lie afterwards".

Pros: I think the agent (Ilhan) was very good and friendly. She took ownership and made sure I was okay and understood everything I had to extend my rental and she made it easy for me with me having to travel back to airport she sent me the new agreement via what’sapp. Ilham very good.
