Pros: There was one agent. Long lines. We waited on the shuttle for 1 hour. The markings on the shuttle did not specify it was for United Car Rental. The service was poor and I did not trust that I wouldn’t be charged for something not my responsibility. The car also only had 3/8 tank of gas upon pickup. The smell was also not pleasant inside the car.

Cons: There was nothing I did like. Our entire experience was not pleasant.

Pros: Poor experience will not return. its nail biting to go on vacation and sweat the small details despite providing own insurance and deposit for vehicle per the agreement terms sent to me in advance.

Cons: Rented the car from Discovery Cars unfortunatley the name Switch is appropriate because the Agents were continually trying to Switch your reservation to something else or to apply other terms to the rental agreement.

Pros: Absolutely nothing

Cons: The phone number provided to call for the shuttle at the airport went unanswered and then the answering machine is in Spanish. I had to call discovercars twice to get them to contact united to come and pick us up at the airport, waited over an hour for the shuttle. Then the price quoted online was not honored at the counter because the deductible on my insurance wasn’t low enough which makes no sense at all, that’s my out of pocket expense and has nothing to do with my coverage limits.

Pros: I was in tears from the whole process, so finally someone helped me and upgraded us to a minivan.

Cons: Waited for a ridiculous amount of time in line, several additional fees not included in the original total (personal auto insurance, Easypass, etc), given far too small of a vehicle not an intermediate SUV that could fit 3 bags in the trunk (we could only fit 1 stroller or 2 small bags). Drop-off was also a nightmare as we waited so long for someone to check over the car that we were late for our flight and missed it. Not to mention they did not provide us with the drop-off address.

Cons: The information stated in the voucher to take the shuttle was wrong, as was the communication via WhatsApp with the office, I lost an hour and finally upon arrival, after a 45-minute line, the order, despite being confirmed, was not in the system. I had to pay more for an "upgrade" due to an error in your process.

Cons: 1) there is no United car rental… I ended up with NextCar, 2) it took 90 mins to get from airplane to rental company location, 3) the phone number I was instructed to call upon arrival to the airport was never answered.

An E-toll charge will apply; personal consumption will be charged separately at the end of the rental period.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 24.

Maximum rental age is 82 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 71.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 3 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.

In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, flight information.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age).
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Certain additional drivers are subject to both an Additional Driver fee as well as either a Young Driver or Senior Driver fee.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 120 minutes.
