Pros: I am satisfied with the service and the fair pricing, there were no hidden fees, just had to put the deposit which is expected. The people at the desk were helpful and patient with all of my questions. Thank you. I will rent again from them

Cons: Pick up was not the best, but I get it is sometimes hectic with a high volume of customers. I just hope it will not be the same if I rent again with them

Cons: Claimed that i had not rented car within 2 hrs of pickup time and closed my booking. I had called ahead and was in line within 1.5 hrs of booking pickup. They took 30 min to reopen my trip, then took another 10 min to tell me they only had a small 5 passenger car available (booked a 7 passenger) and said that if i did not take it they would still charge 100% of rental. There were 20 people in line and only 4 car keys waiting for customer pickup. During my hour there, only one car was actually re

Pros: They provided a car cheap.

Cons: We were nickel and dimed for everything after already paying for the car. The representative did not give us the right car to fit everyone and then argued with us that we were wrong. We had to show on the rental agreement how many seats we ordered. Neither the pickup or drop off location were easy to find.

Rate excludes
The following insurance type(s) Theft protection (TP), Collision Damage Waiver (CDW), Third Party Liability (TPL) is (are) not included for residents of Canada, USA.
An E-toll charge will apply; personal consumption will be charged separately at the end of the rental period.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 71.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.

In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, flight information.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age).
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Certain additional drivers are subject to both an Additional Driver fee as well as either a Young Driver or Senior Driver fee.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 120 minutes.
