More specifically, it can be found in the metropolis of Cartagena on Colombia’s Caribbean coast, serving the Rafael Núñez International Airport, the main port of entry to the city (and one of the most popular airports for tourists to reach the country via). From Cartegena, you can travel on to the mountainous parts of the country and the major cities of Medellin, Bogata, and Cali.
Universal has a moderately-sized fleet of vehicles of different types including small mini and economy cars along with SUVs and pick-up trucks. The company requires a credit card in order to leave the security deposit and pick up the vehicle — debit cards aren’t accepted.
