Pros: Incredibly easy company to deal with
Pros: Good. Old car, but cheap, so good deal for my purpose.
Cons: Delivery at night time was more complicated because of burglary to key box 9. April and it was still broken 14. April when I drop off. So there was new address on the window for where drop the car. Previous customer leave somekind app ON to gas.station and it mistakenly charge one time that person. Now returning money to previous customer leaved to my problem, whitch is time taking international money transform. Company help lot of previous customer even that problem is not their mistake.
Pros: When we got to christ church to pick up the car, no info about which shuttle to take. We have to take uber at out own expense to go to the pick up location. Been trying to call the service spent 30 mins waiting for customer service and still no pick up
Cons: No info about shuttle pick up in christ church airport We were provided with a very dirty van, with damages in the windshield Van model looks so old. When we returned the van I saw there were newer and cleaner models. I was so ashamed to face our guests. Paid a lot for an old, dirty, and damaged van
Pros: Staff at u save were friendly and eventually made booking work
Cons: Firstly took 21 minutes for representative to answer phone to Arrange transfer to car rental. When arrived at car rental the system wouldn't allow my American express to be charged. This was a system issue and I was annoyed they said " it must be your card". Later they acknowledge it was there system. I booked online through a third party, Discovery Cars and paid for full insurance but was annoyed at trying to be upsold more insurance and told I had full insurance but that was through Discovery
Pros: Quick and fast service. They have given me a reduced refundable Security Bond cost since the driver is an NZ Driver.

A Young driver fee is not applied.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the driver license is written in a language other than that of the renting country and/or in characters that cannot be read in the renting country.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
The following payment methods are accepted: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Debit cards.
Cash is not accepted.
An administration charge of 2.5 % will apply for payments made by credit card.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.
Delivery/collection service is not provided.
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge. Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 59 minutes.
The grace period will be honored only during business hours.
In order to have service out of hours, the renter must provide the following information: credit card, Driver's License details, Phone number, email address.
