Pros: Nothing, very arrogant and unfriendly.

Cons: I choose this car rental because it was written direct rental car at the airport without shuttle bus. But we saw not possible, all car rental had shuttle bus. Never again. We missed 2 days because of the battery and the flat tire. And even they wanted that we pay something on top. They should give us money back...not visversa.

Cons: Car was smelly not sure if it had been cleaned proprly, radio didnt work, broke down battery was dead then it wasn't fitted properly! The driver was not at the airport when we landed had to call them twice to make sure we were getting picked up!

Cons: Car was in horrible condition - missing dashboard parts, missing door handle, huge hole in the trunk, non-functioning AC, leaking oil.

Cons: hard to figure out how to get to the office from the airport. It had been listed as being AT the airport, but instead we had to take a shuttle.

Pros: De mensen waren heel erg aardig en maakten nergens een probleem van. De wachttijden waren kort en bij een probleem aan de auto kreeg ik moeiteloos een andere auto . Ik zou in de toekomst zeker weer huren bij VCR !

Cons: Ik vond de auto oud en het was niet mogelijk om de auto te sluiten met de sleutel. Ook kreeg ik de kleinste auto terwijl ik een maat groter betaald en besteld had. Ik vond dat niet echt een probleem maar het was niet naar verwachting.

Pros: On return the shuttle driver was was busy cleaning cars so we were brought immediately to the airport in our rented car.

Cons: It was a a car with already a lot of scratches and bumps and very noisy. Maybe they reserve these cars for the budget offers like from discovercars? Als they did not follow the full for full policy.
