Value Car Rental at Orlando Airport

Cons: The hidden cost of all the extra stuff we had to pay when we went to pick up the vehicle. Did not get car we rented

Pros: The car was clean. It wasn't what I originally rented. But it was clean.

Cons: The agent at pick up was arrogant. He did not have knowledge of the area or directions. He did not tell me about the additional charges on renting a Sunpass which was a waste and almost doubled the cost. The attendant in the parking lot said he has to up charge it's his job. When the car was returned the agent was amazing. 2 different people 2 totally different attitudes.

Pros: Long wait to answer my phone calls, no one at desk, the Laydi was unfriendly and doesn’t care at all.

Cons: Misleading sales tactics. Trying to gouge me with selling a toll transponder that wasn't worth the money. Very clunky check-in and check-out processes.

Cons: we were asked for several things when picking up the car: insurance declaration page, payment must be made by the driver.. all these were not asked or notified when renting the car online. Otherwise we will have to buy their insurance for $150 etc or make additional payment.....We arrived the counter at 10pm, have to call the insurance company to send us documents.... anyway We end up picking up the car at ~11:30pm with two young kids.. not a good experience.

Cons: Would never rent from this place again. Spend the extra money elsewhere. Horrible customer service from many of the staff. Poor management. Waited over THREE hours for a car because they “ran out of” the car we paid for two months before! Tried to put the blame on us saying they didn’t know we arrived, when we called several times letting them know we had arrived. There was one worker there that treated us with such disrespect and treated us like we were idiots.

Cons: Only one person on desk and one person doing inspections/shuttle driving. Picking up and dropping off took too long and car was very dirty.

Cons: The agent was somewhat pushy and not transparent. The car we reserved was a full size sedan and we got a Nissan Hike which is not full size

Pros: Easy to call for the shuttle service. Both pick up and drop off went very smoothly.

Pros: The gentleman giving up the car was nice, the lady we returned to was nice.

Cons: The check in process was ridiculous! Iv never been questioned so much by a rental car company EVER! If they want such detailed information they need to ask for it before you get to an out of state destination! Suggestion maybe ifthey did more info on the online check-in it wouldn’t have taken so long for me and other customers to get our car. Also the front tires on our van were really bald, but the back tires are fine, they need to do a little maintenance on their vehicles and rotate the tires.

Cons: The billing problem totally overwhelms the rest of the problem. Not only did we pay additional rental charges, but we paid for insurance twice as well. The actual car rental agency required that we present our insurance declaration page in order to decline insurance. I had no heads up about that and of course, don't carry my car insurance dec page around with me.

Cons: I dont know how its possible the computer changed my pickup time so I got charged more, Windows were so hazy we had to buy window cleaner to be able to see out the windows.

Pros: They were friendly, helpful and expedited our check-in and drop off quickly and easily.

Cons: That they actually charged me over $123 because I am over 70 years old! In addition, they refused to rent me a car if I didn’t/refused to purchase their collision insurance! Further, I had to pay for a toll responder($65) or be charged $25 for every toll I drove through .!? Incredible!!

Pros: The shuttle was quick to pick us up from the airport. The lady who helped us was very friendly and helpful.She recommended a taxi for our return trip.

Cons: There were no shuttles to take us back to the airport so that was an unexpected cost.

Cons: I waited 2 hours to get a car. Not efficient, not enough staff, some staff members appeared confused.

Pros: Only acceptable part of this rental was the shuttle bus ride to and from.

Cons: First off the agent lied directly to us regarding the tolls and stated that they no longer accepted cash and it was all online therefore we needed to pay for a tollway pass to stick to our window and we couldn’t pay online as it was a rental car. Not having been in FL in 3 years we fell sucker to paying up for a toll pass. Second car the vehicle which was not the current model year and had 69,593 miles on it. There were stains all over the seats and scratches all over the car we had to document.

Pros: The lady who helped us at the Orlando office near the airport was horrible and super rude! I will never be going back there again!

Cons: Took 5 attempts before someone answered the phone at the office. No recording to let customers know that someone is there and will call back soon. Left wondering if I’d need to make other arrangements. Was waiting at airport a long time before picked up. Once I got to the office, was hassled over and over to purchase insurance. Was forced to provide a Declaration Page. Very disappointing experience with this place.

Cons: Desk hidden in back. Employee trying hard, but seemed overworked. 1 person handling desk...if more than 1 customer, backlogged.

Cons: the employee acknowledged that they have extra fees that are not disclosed upon booking, but didn't do anything to change this situation. He didn't even say SORRY.

Pros: They are very disorganized, and irresponsible when solving a problem. And the Maneger Mari, answering personal calls on her cell phone at the same time that she attends a client. They held me responsible for a damege that was not me, having evidence that they gave me the car like that and the person who gave it to me denied having handed it to me like that and did not put it in their notes and I took responsibility. Really very disenchanted with the service.

Cons: Way overpriced. The price I booked it at vs. what I actually paid when I picked the car up was double when you factor in the mandatory insurance and taxes/fees. The car and staff were fine but I will most likely be using a different company in the future.

Cons: I was overcharged for insurance & a host of fees that piled on. They refused to accept & acknowledge my Credit Card Coverage for rental Car ins. I would not be recommending them to anyone.

Cons: Had to wait for one and a half hours to be admitted at the desk. Required me to provide my own insurance or force me to buy insurance, this was in the fine print and was very sneaky.

Pros: Only the shuttle experience was warm and welcoming.

Cons: Not good service - process took too long. Do not think the rep. treated us fairly or acted in our best interest.
