Viaggiare at Warsaw Airport

Pros: I got a good price. Car had winter tires. Car was pretty new (just 20k mileage) and well equipped. Salespeople were nice and friendly, and surprisingly picking up phone calls.

Cons: Car had a check engine light. I thought it's only about tire pressure but it was something about lighting. I cannot fix their cars except for crucial safety aspects that I can fix myself without going to the repair shop. Onboard computer was in Italian although I rented it out in Poland (Polish or at least English would be nice)

Pros: Price To Money All cars excelt Fiat500 have back camera for parking .

Cons: Again car was full only 22/45 Parking spoty has no flag

Pros: Terminal pick up , good value of the rent -(£17 for 3 days) very expensive insurance (£100 for 3 days) ordered small car and got one, outdoor car park was nice ,

Cons: Very expensive full cover , not easy to find car at the car park , (need more signs) to get out of the car park you need to drive through the terminal, which has a terrible signs , so for those first time in warsaw - please drive through arrivals car park 1 or 2 , to get out - To return the car you need to drive back one traffic lights towards the city , turn around and take slip road just before terminal- via VIP slip road - but do Not drive out the car park via VIP as they are barriers .

Pros: I didn't know this company before. They are OK. The counter is seperated from the major rent companies. 2 stairs above. I got.good service from.the representatives. Espicially Damien who was very helpful. The car was good (a Pegeuot 2008 insread of Skoda Kamiq), but wasn't really clean

Pros: I received my deposit back very quickly - just next business day the full amount was on my credit card. The car was pretty well equipped despite the fact it was still a B segment vehicle.

Cons: The car was cleaned very well inside, but the car body was a bit dirty (mug visible).

Cons: The time it took for the agent to come to the office, when I called them. The way I was told where to find the car The way I was explained about the rental and the questions I had about it

Cons: Long time of waiting to rent a car. It looks like there was no freon in air conditioning system of the car - and as it was hot outside, whole ride wasn’t comfort because of that.

Cons: Provided servoce was good. Just rented car mehanical condition wasn't perfect. During the brake on high speed, car had the vibrations.

Pros: They are a professional company that I use very often when I travel.

Cons: No critism of this particular office. They have to work within the confines of airport provisioning and Warsaw Chopin is one of the worst international airports that I use.

Pros: The car was almostra brand new

Cons: 4o minutes waiting despite calling them twice to check-in and arriving late to my appointment, 15 wait for check out. In both occasions the office was closed.

Pros: Good value for money, no problems with picking and returning the car.

Cons: That they often do not answer your phone and do not answer text messages.

Cons: The parking lot near Warsaw Airport needs a bit clearer guidance to the spot for all the renting car companies parking space. It's easy to get lost in that garage.

Cons: not too easy to find the place to drop it off. Shoulld have clear signs where to drop off the rental car.

Cons: The staff did not walk thru the car with me to make sure about all condition. Gave me false information about the fuel level, then when I returned it, they charged me wrong charge for "missing fuel" - feels like a scam to me. Important! Must to verify all details and document it prior to leaving the premises.

Cons: Delay on serving Not picking up the phone The car wasn't full with fuel and the indicator didn't show the exact litters . When we returned the car although the indicator was in the same position compared to the day we picked up the car, we have been told that we have to pay fees otherwise we have to bring the car with 4 more litters. How I'm I supposed to know the exact litters if it is not full.

Cons: I had snow chains on booking and were never provided. I noticed it one or two days after I picked up the car. I did not mention anything as they were not necessary at the end.

Pros: Very good customer service. Employee Ms are friendly and flexible

Cons: I returned the car on Sunday. I have no idea their office closed on Sunday. I called many times and emailed many times all with no response. Emails all kicked back to me with unable to deliver. Phone calls no answer and no voice mail set up. I have no choice but drop the key in the drop box.

Cons: The car tyres have not been changed for winter tyres which is not good in Poland.

Cons: AS DESCRIBED ABOVE. VERY-VERY POOR/ UNACCEPTABLE SERVICES. I had to return the car by 20:00 the latest on Saturday, the 25th of November and they called me around 17:30 to inform me that in half an hour they are lclosing the office and therefore I HAD TO RETURN THE CAR ! ! ! (They didn't care where I was and if I could return the car in half an hour). PICTURES OF THE CAR WITH THE ADVERTISEMENTS, ARE AT YOUR DISPOSAL.

Pros: It was fast, no line.

Cons: Very difficult to find where their spots are in the parking garage. I put in like a 1,000 steps on my Watch just trying to find where the car was parked. They don’t give you a map.

Pros: When picking up the car, the agents was very helpful and the service was present and overall good.

Cons: The car was not clean, and after returning the car 8 days after, I received an invoice that the company charge me of cleaning the car. This is my first time experiencing this type of demand and honestly, it was in a good shape considering how I received it.

Cons: They accept only credit cards, no debit cards. It was not written when booking the car. Though I paid car rent and insurance in full when booking, they made me pay again 1,5 times more for their "insurance" when paying with the debit card!!!!

Cons: The location of the parking was a bit difficult to find at drop off but very helpful agent came out to meet me in the car park

Pros: I got the knowledge to never use them again.

Cons: No one at rental desk at the agreed up on time. Waited at least 30 minutes before anyone showed up and they did not answer the phone. The boy and girl that arrived blamed it on a "business meeting". Used 1.5 hours to rent the car, seemed they did not know what to do. Refused visa as payment, forced us to get extra insurance we did not want. When we got the car it was very dirty, even some garbage left there. 6 hours after we dropped off the car they called and told we did not deliver it.

Cons: Nobody at office when I arrived . I changed the car. He told me a price of an extra €100 . Then it was €150. When I had to pay and all the paperwork was done it was £212 ! Which was very unfair and misleading. On checking the car on collection they looked over the bodywork with me. On dropping it off he was looking at the interior / backseats and even shining a torch on the underside of the car. None of this was checked / documented prior , so how would they know if there was any damage ?

Pros: New car, please note the office is at the airport upstairs. Completely non-problematic rental, after it the inspection was normal, took around 1 minute.

Pros: Clear instructions, good car almost new, working fine.

Cons: There was a light, check tires, I had to go to the gas station and everything was fine, but the sensor was on all the time. Also, it would have been good to have a windshield scraper in the middle of winter.

Pros: Very polite, helpful, respectful and fun:)

Cons: Can’t find anything I didn’t like.
