Cons: Car in overall was not good condition, it’s the only one “old” in stock and many damages. They also said to me the insurance that I have (full insurance) maybe was not good if I have any problems during my booking.

Cons: Namesto 250€ kavcije so želeli 700€ brez razloga!

Cons: They are not good!!! They have cheated us!! No damage on the car and they took the deposit!! Never again with them!! Just look after them. Do not rent from them. I have photos , video and paper that there is no damage but no matter the 250 euro was taken from my bank account. They said this is the amount to repair.. exactly the same amount like the deposit... And they said the damage is underneath the car!!!!! How do you check that?????

Cons: The damage control when dropping the car is a calculaged scam, surely happening to almost every client who didn't buy their insurance. Very long waiting time to pick up and drop in: 1 hour and almost 2 hours respectivelly.

Cons: It is a kind of a scam. I made a small scratch and they asked me not only a really high price for that but also a surplus to keep the vehicle at the facility during the reparation. we are talking about a small scratch, and when I received the car, the vehicle had several of these scratches but they gave me anyway. I will protest for sure that bill because several things are not wrong.

Cons: Arrived at 11:15PM for pickup due to a flight delay and was charged an extra fee of €60 for being after 11PM. Also, the rental desk was far away from the terminal and hard to find. No directions were provided. Maybe if the rental desk was in a better location we wouldn’t be late. Overall, this fee feels like a scam.

Cons: below average - I travel weekly for work. Waited 1.15h for our car, when it was our turn, the person said his shift was over so we had to wait a little longer. Takes forever their intake process - I always use Sixth (average time is 10min to collect the car). - not cooperative - first car received: missing wiper (unbelievable you rent cars in this state and charge a lot for insurance) - had to walk back - same car but with wipers - no wiper fluid and fuel as good as empty

Bear in mind I had booked the car back in march. The car was dirty but I was in a rush to get to my hotel so I accepted it. When I returned they charged me a cleaning fee of 25 euro. I talked to another person at my hotel who also had his car cancelled because he didn't arrive within 60 mins. He had also used discover cars

I was asked to pay extra 50eur, as my ordered car was not available 20min after the deadline.. the child seats were not available, we had to wait till employee will borrow them from someone.. the car collection took 2 h!!!!! And we were there with our toddler, who was really exhausted.. it was terrible

Cons: The delivered vehicle (Lancia Y) was much smaller than the reference one (Opel Corsa). We managed to transport everyone and all the luggage but the confort was not even similar to a corsa, clio or vw polo.

Cons: Instead paying 150 eur I got to pay 355 eur just because I have debit card, not credit card. And on top of that the company reserved 250 eur on my debit card although a few minutes before they claimed that this could not be done using debit card. I offered my virtual credit card, but they refused. We got a car without car mats. Only to make it more difficult to clean it an consequently ripping some more money of customers.

Pros: The best rental out there. It shows because there is a line to the desk (it's the left of of the two outside the airport). Agents are really friendly, speak good English and the order process is quick when you already have the car booked on discovercars.com. You have to have a Credit card, they do not accept debit cards, but it's normal. Great help and friendliness from Giacomo who gave all instructions with a smile. We had a hybrid Panda. Returned it quickly and without problems.

Cons: The parking is a little far from the office but it's not a big problem if you have all your stuff on wheels. If not, you have to walk about 200m through the parking lot.

Cons: Long time spent by pick up even though there was only one man infront of us (40 minutes). Within drop off there was a claim of scratch, fortunatelly I took a video to prove, we did not make it. Unfortunatelly there was any confirmation after drop off only in Italian language, so you do not know what you signed

Pros: Never got car because Discover Car canceled my reservation (without even notifying me!). So I can’t comment on this company, only on your company which I would never use or recommend. You charged me almost 100 dollars for nothing. I’ve used other 3rd party booking sites (like booking.com) and have never been charged for the service. I would like a refund of my deposits.

Cons: Finding your booth at the airports was very difficult. On arrival we were looking for Discover cars only to find out we needed to look for Viaggiare. There are no signs at the airports to indicate where you are located. It took us an hour to find it on arrival and then waited an hour in line. Since we returned it to an different airport, we had to start all over again but at least we knew what name to ask for. You could make it much easier by putting up signs like the other car rentals.

The car rental place didn’t accept it and said we have to have it with their rental so we ended up not taking the car from them. This is unacceptable. A local car rental was better and got a nice car for less money without a reservation.

Pros: Shortly after the initial rejection, they were kind enough to explain the situation and we discussed the possible options to finally rent the car and provided me with clear instructions regarding the pick up and the bring back.
