Cons: Assistant gruff and abrupt. Unlike all other rental companies I’ve used the damage and fuel deposits were actually taken from card, not just blocked, resulting in credit card charges when deposits refunded in euros not pounds. Car had so much damage it was almost impossible to find and photograph it all so, surprise, surprise, they found a scratch I’d missed and charged 150€. Even have to refuel at 1 specific garage.

Pros: Snel geholpen. Toen we naar het vliegveld moesten konden we ook heel snel de auto inleveren en er stond meteen een busje klaar om ons erheen te brengen.

Cons: Not only holding my 900 euro deposit, but actually withdrawing that amount from my credit card with no explanation at all.

Cons: The staff were off hand to rude when picking up and dropping off the car, especially when they realised that I hady own insurance. They took €900 from my credit card at pick up. I'm used to the deposit being reserved. €50 was taken (over which I had no control or notice) because of a tiny 2mm stone chip. I am a frequent renter and this was by far and away my worst experience. Never again!

Cons: The car was checked off on return, then I had €155 taken from my deposit for scratches that were already there. It was signed off after return then I was charged. I won't be using this car hire company again.

Cons: When collecting our rental car just after midnight, the service by the 2 chaps behind the counter was abysmal. The younger guy (I will refer to as Shaggy from Scooby Doo) took no interest at all in us renting the vehicle. It was like he was doing us a favour. After passing us the keys to the car we discovered the car keys did not work on the car. I had to wait for ages then to get the other guy to help us and get a replacement. After another 40 mins we got a replacement car. No customer service!

Pros: Great help, easy to use drop off pick up etc. Staff where brilliant. 4* . Will be 5* if my deposit and fuel go in within 4 days.

They are a very deceiving company and I would definitely recommend anyone considering renting from them to AVOID AT ALL COSTS,, as you are likely to end up paying them for damage that was already on the car. Would I use them again. MOST DEFINITELY NOT. I've sent them an email refuting the damage, I haven’t even had the courtesy of a reply. Please be aware using this company.

Cons: The company withheld money on my credit card. When I returned the car I was told everything was good. After I left, they did a 2nd check and they found a knick on the front bumper and charged me 105 euros. The car was full of knicks when I picked it up. It is well documented on the internet that company is scamming customers. This seems to be a standard practice of Victoria car rental.

Cons: All of the previous comments and we tipped the car up with fuel, to a full tank and they have since charged us a fee for this and damages that did not happen during our lease. SCAM! AVOID!

Cons: Over one week after returning the car they still have my deposit. Today they sent me a bill for 130€ which is for petrol when I returned it full with a receipt from a garage 5 kms away, they claim it needed 3 litres, they have made an extra cleaning car (I have a holiday home here and regularly hire cars, this has bever happened to me before) and also claimed there is a scratch, which from the picture they sent is tiny and would easily polish out. Noone available to check the car on arrival.

Friendly staff Car was good, Opel Zafira 7 seater with parking sensors and a camera Fuel refunded after two working days We had a problem with the car unlocking as the key had been repaired as we waited to pick it up, they offered us a new car no questions asked but it wasn't that much of a problem so we didn't bother

When I tried to return the vehicle they checked it thoroughly and tried to claim I had damaged it. I have many pictures and videos including the voice of the representative that told me it would be fine. Some damage I would have had to have laid down on ground with torch to doc

Cons: I received a Jeep Compass which was different. On the website it was presented the Trailhawk version, that have off-road capabilities, instead I got a basic version with 2wd, that was broken. One of the tyres had not enough air pressure, the car was vibrating all the time driving over 100kmh and the next day a few electronical systems got failure. That shouldn't rent a car that has such a poor condition

Pros: El agente me dio un contrato diferente al ordenado y confirmado. Contrariamente al acuerdo contractual, tuve 1000 km gratis durante el período de alquiler y sin franquicia. Viktoria cambió el contrato a 200 km por día gratis, lo que da como resultado 800 km por 4 días de alquiler. La franquicia en caso de daños se fijó en 100 euros.

Pros: Car was good to drive and an automatic as requested. Good size for two adults plus luggage. It was economic with impressive fuel consumption. Well equipped and with efficient functional controls .

Cons: The car had some minor damage eg small dents, scratched alloys, marks on seats when we picked it up . A surprise considering the price. Detailed directions for the return to the off airport office would have been useful. An up to date road map also.
