Pros: Good value for money and excellent sevice
Cons: Some people might find the return venue a bit difficult to find. I used a pin drop
Pros: The agent was so helpful and kind
Pros: The speed of the Pick-up and Drop-off.
Cons: The money deposit is still blocked on the credit card. So now, it has being blocked for 4 days. In other rental cars, it is usually unblocked immediately.
Pros: Attempt to speak english
Cons: Poor Attitude Taking payment in lieu of extra insurance cover (rather than holding it on a card) Insisting on a credit card rather than a debit card Parking the car for pick up against a wall so you cannot see the front to inspect for damage Claiming to spot damage that was not on the pick form. This required video evidence to prove otherwise. Overcharged by c£100 on full to full tank. Charged £160 for fuel then reimbursed £65 2 days later This company are bandits and should be avoided
Cons: Was very surprised Victoria took a 900 euro deposit against damage rather than taking a block on credit card then said it would take four days to give it back. SMe with petrol - full to full but they took the money and said on return it would be gour days to get it back.
