Pros: Nothing good to say about them, just stay away from this company and their employees in Lisbon! If you somehow book with them, stay away from Bruno and his colleague - they are the most unprofessional agents and should not work directly with clients.
Cons: After they picked us up from Lisbon airport, we waited at their HQ about 3h in total before we got the car. When we asked repeatedly why the delay, they told us they are handling other customers in front of us and we should wait, no other explanation. The agent name was Bruno, very unprofessional. After almost 2h of waiting they finally told us there were no automatic cars available. After another hour of waiting they finally gave us an automatic car that apparently was blocked for someone else.
Pros: As a foreigner, everything can be complex but this was easy and Tiago and Sergio spoke English

Rental Conditions
Please check the Rental Conditions for each vehicle prior to booking as some conditions, particularly the deposit and deductible, may vary based on the class of vehicle.
An E-Toll is offered in order to avoid violation fees.
All rental vehicles are equipped with a transponder that can be used for paying for all toll roads. You’ll be charged a service fee of 1.99 EUR per day up to a maximum of 19.99 EUR per rental in addition to the tolls, which will be charged to your credit card after the rental period. You may also be required to leave an additional deposit for tolls.
If the customer declines Vehicle tracking system, a penalty of 36.90 EUR for each toll used in addition to the cost for each unpaid toll will apply.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
An International Driving Permit is required (in addition to your regular driver license) if the national driver license is not written in the following language(s): English, Portugese.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.
ID documents must be hard copies; documents held on mobile devices will not be accepted. Only physical driver's licenses are accepted (not digital versions).
If the customer takes the following extra equipment: Toll pass / E-toll device, then an additional amount of deposit will be held on their credit card.

Underage additional drivers are also subject to a young driver fee.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.
Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 120 minutes.
The grace period will be honored only during business hours.
