Pros: They did go around show me the overall condition of the car. However, they were looking at very minute dings to the car insinuating that I would be charged for anything under an inch. They also deflected my attention away from a defect in the windshield that we noticed after we left. They did acknowledge it but they did not show that to me in the Walk around

Cons: It has been over 20 days and they have not released my deposit even though they sent me a receipt to be getting the refund and they said it would take up to 3 days. It's still showing it as a pending transaction with my credit card company. Now I have to dispute the charge because I don't want to be charged what they are holding as a deposit. This is ridiculous!

Cons: I bought a full insurance coverage with Discover cars but Waygo car rental offer me insurance again. There explanation that if you have a claim I need to pay them and than ask for the money back form Discover cars. The all idea of buying insurance is not to deal with claim money

Pros: I had to wait for a pick up at the airport quite a bit. Plus the car was not ready at the pick up. The clerk was slow and taking all his time. The car was not ready and I was told that is now under wash !

Cons: Since car was parked on a hill, a 1/10 of the tank got gone when I turned out of the parking lot. Very strange policy, that if you don't take the device for paying for roads(1.99 eur a day), you have to bring them receipts for paid road taxes, otherwise they charge 36 eur administration fee. Was super happy that I took photos of the car, as on return, they wanted to charge me for a damage line on the doors, which was there when I picked the car up. There was no wiper fluid in the car.

Pros: Specially this car company WayGo most badly service have ever got. They don’t even know what is customer service is like. Can’t help you out only know how to take money extra or not to give money back. They will produce new rule by that time and new problems.

Cons: Organisation very poor. Over 30 minutes to be collected from the airport. A little pushy with their insurance. No staff to process on the return which meant it took 45 minutes to return the car and be returned to the airport which was totally unacceptable. Luckily we left enough time so didn't miss the flight. Will not be booking with them again.

They tried also with scratch on the side mirror, but for that I had luckily good picture to prove it is not from me. Also car was not maintained properly. Tyre check message right after car pick up. Service and oil exchange message right afterwards. Car was not fully clean either.

Cons: When I picked up the car was the tank filled up to ca. 3/4, but they noted on the contract as if it was filled up. I didn't understand that (but surely they (Waygo) must have) so at the end I had to pay €20 extra which I'm not happy about. To say at least. I argued about this when I returned the car, but had to pay. Also have had email discussion afterwards but no success. So therefore I will warn other customers about this.

Pros: Waygo has the best rental agents and great vehicles. The store is clean and very comfortable. They give you the car you picked on the website. The agents provide all the information you need, and they answer the phone when you call. They also do not pressure you to buy their own car insurance.

Pros: Agent was very thorough during the inspection of the vehicle and identifying the slightest imperfections and invited me to take photos before we left. He covered all the options well including a reminder of the kind of gas needed. We were upgraded to a slightly larger vehicle at no extra charge.

Cons: The vehicle seemed in good shape other than cosmetic issues duly noted. Later I discovered that that the windshield washer fluid was gone (A bit inconvenient since gas stations in Portugal do not have any way to clean them).

Cons: Picking up the car at the agency takes too long the agent was great, polite, courteous and was really doing a great job in making us feel good about WayGo. But the whole process the agent has to go through to finally give us the car keys takes too long (30min). It’s a lot of typing in the computer by the agent and paperwork he needs to print and fill out. A suggestion could be we could provide all that information when we’re making the reservation online or in a check-in process online.

Cons: The rental and return processes are too long. The office is extremely understaffed. We were unable to reach the office by phone before about 9 am. We needed help finding the office to return the car, but the phone rang unanswered. Never again.

European cell phone or roaming is needed. Short walk to shuttle car after pickup, then short drive to an industrial zone in airport area. Pros: I was quoted about $7 per day for Insurance and when i picked ip the car was forced to pay $22 per day with no option/choice. Thats not fair. I read the contract and you did explain that but it still came as a big surprise s as nd an unbugeted cost.
