Pros: We were greeted by customer service at the desk as soon as we arrived. Everything was explained to us including the fact that their were previous dings on the car. We were emailed photos of the dings and encouraged to take any that might happen to us. The agent walked us up to where the car rental area was and explained to us how to get to our destination and gave us instructions on the return of the car. It was all simple and straightforward. The car worked great and we had no issues with it.

Pros: الاهتمام في شرح كل الامور المتعلقة بالايجار والمكتب من ساعات العمل وطريقة ارجاع السيارة وتم ارجاع الوديعة في نفس اليوم وخلال ساعات من تسليم السيارة

Cons: استغرق الامور وقت طويل جدا في استلام السيارة لايوجد الا موظف واحد هو بنفسه يسجل معلومات العميل ثم يذهب الى الموقف لتسلميه السيارة ويكرر الامر مع كل عميل على حده مما اخذ وقت طويل جدا وصل الى اكثر من ساعة

Cons: this belongs as the end of the former text, not enough space:Eventually we chose the option to return the car without the intervention of an employee and we could deposit the key in a special box. Then we did not have to pay extra. This, while we had paid for the service of an employee out of hours. So formally I have yet to receive this cost back from you (25,43€). We received a nice car and I received the reserved deposit back the same day via a proof on my mail. So that was all fine.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 2500.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 19 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.

Maximum rental age is 79 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: credit card, valid driver license, Passport or ID card.
Deposit and deductible policy
The deposit is taken at the start of the rental, to cover any additional charges incurred during the rental.
Payment policy
At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card, cash (please note, that credit card is mandatory for security in this case).
The following payment methods are accepted: Cash, Debit cards, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card.
If the customer uses the following payment methods: Cash, a minimum deposit in the amount of 500 EUR is required.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Delivery fee.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

There is a charge of 25 EUR per rental per driver.
Delivery/Collection service is available by previous request and for an extra charge of 25 EUR.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
If the car is returned with a lesser amount of fuel, a refueling charge of 15 % will be applied + the cost of the missing fuel.
Rental period
The maximum rental period is without limitations.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge of 25 EUR.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 180 minutes.
