Cons: I travel for business frequently and rented a car over 500+ times in my life. This was truly an awful experience. On return, there was a “Nick” under the bumper (barely normal wear of driving a car) and it was deemed “slight damage”. This slight damage was 125 euros worth of damage, more than a days rental for a nothing more than a Nick. The practices of this company shameful and nothing I experienced before. I am telling everyone I know to not to use your company in the future. Never again!

Pros: The dropping off of the vehicle at the return park was very efficient. The parking lot was easy to find and the employee was efficient and pleasant to deal with.

Cons: 1. It took too long to collect the vehicle 2. The amount of money blocked on the credit card was excessive 3. We booked an economy car and were hoping for a Fiat Panda but were given a Seat Ibiza instead 4. The car had too many dents and scratches and we were advised to take photos and a video before collection (including under the bumper) to avoid possible "misunderstandings". This worried us quite a bit. If a car has been damaged and monies collected by renters why hasn't it been fixed?

Cons: I found it hard to find a Wayzor rep in the car lot. I wish they had installed the car seat prior to us arriving. I had to remind them that we rented a car seat. I found the rental to be quite expensive for the amount of time we used the rental for.

Cons: I was just a little disappointed with the car. We were a group of people who rented 4 different cars but from different companies. We had the oldest car and we were the ones who paid more (more than 65,000 kms on the counter). I got the brand of car I reserved, but I did not expect an older car. But everything worked correctly.

This was rediculous and I feel was a scam to attempt to steal the security deposit. I took a video of the undercarriage in an attempt to head this off. I feel the company is NOT honest and cannot be trusted!

We rented from Wayzor at PDL in Sao Miguel. The employees were fantastic and very helpful, clearly communicating how to return and what certain charges were. That said, there is a $2,000 deposit for the rental car. Additionally, the free cancellation Discover Cars offers is a website credit (not cash)

I’m not sure if the computers were slow that day, but I waited in line for 15 minutes behind one person and then had a very responsive agent working with me, but things just took a long time. The car itself was a typical rental but the brakes were really sketchy and seemed to be on their last leg. I had to be really careful about even going the speed limit because the brakes would take so long to slow me down.

By returning they found a fifteenth scratch for which i had to pay 165 euro. That's their way of earning extra money. If you don't pay for the extra insurance, they 'll get their extra money by renting you a damaged car en "finding" an extra damage by returning.

Arnold was especially friendly when we met him at the WAYZOR main office on a Saturday morning. I really appreciate it. The cost was absolutely amazing too!

Cons: The que to pick up and drop off was ridiculous. 45 mins in the Q to pick up with pregnant wife -- not good, but i suppose not Wayzor's fault if it is busy period. The car offered wasn't what I ordered, but they tried to upgrade. The upgrade however IMO was inferior, but again not WAYZOR's issue other than poor inventory control. Just a little bit of inconvenience to resolve, but no biggie. Would be very happy to go with WAYZOR again, and recommend to family/friends.

Cons: wasn't expecting a red car with WAYZOR all over it. Told it was the cheapest rental as others were a little bigger " sorry " but all VW up were the same size so a bit annoyed it couldn't be changed

Pros: The price of the hire car was very good and overall my experience was excellent, I had no problems and both pick up and drop off were efficient. Although I was fortunate to be off the plane first and pick my car up quickly. By the time I had finished the paperwork etc the queue to pick up the car was quite large and I imagine the people towards the back would have been waiting for quite a while as there were only 2 desks to process people's rentals.
