Cons: Car had a service notification when we got it. I had a 1200 pick up time got there a little after 11. They told me to come back at 12. There was nobody waiting behind me. The check in took 20 plus minutes, the clerk entered all my info into the computer, which you already had. I had to ask at 3 or 4 different agencies which rental place to go to. It was not written on my contract, and it turned out to be completely different than the email you sent me notifying me of a change.

Cons: It was hard to find the rental desk, so the name of the company in Cagliari airport was different and it was not indicated. In Alghero airport when we wanted to drop off the car there wasn't any spare place to do it and we had to leave the car in a place from other company.

Cons: The car itself (a Fiat 500L) feels very underpowered. As a 'Seat Leon equivalent', it is not the best. The car itself had some sticker marks on the front an back windscreen, which looked a little dirty. The policy of 'return the car with the same amount of fuel (2/8 full)' is not very convenient when you have to find a petrol station soon after picking it up and it is guesswork in refilling it to leave it back.

Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 19 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

There is no maximum age.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 74.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU countries.
Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.

In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
Cross-border policy
Using a ferry is allowed on the previous request and for an additional charge with special permission from the car rental company.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Younger driver fee.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
By law, winter tires are mandatory on all roads from 15.11 to 15.04 in the following regions: Aoasta-Valley. Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 28 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 59 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
