Pros: There didn't want to do an extension of the lease and asked me to come back in person to extend the contract. I had a unexpected death in the family and had to stay longer than planned!

Cons: No extension possible on line, had to come back to airport. I chose another car rental agency because this is not up to date handling of a lease contract. And they wanted double the price of what I paid online!

Cons: offices were closed when we arrived. when agent showed up he was super unfriendly and unapologetic. long long distances to walk to get to car.

Cons: I had to wait more than 40 min, before starting the procedure for renting the car and then I was told that as I have been late for more than 2 hours I have to pay a penalty of 50 Euro. Than I was offered a better vehicle against increase fee. I refused and got a warning that in that case I will have to go to terminal 2 to pick up my car, which will take me at least 15 min. to get there. I accepted this inconvenience, but finally he changed his mind and let me have a car at terminal 1.

Cons: Unnecessary scare tactics by agent to get me to buy additional insurance even after I had informed him I had my own excess policy. Was told the deposit would be blocked on my card.(As per normal car hire practice) It was taken as a purchase instead. (Worrying) It was returned 48 hours after I returned the car. Telling the customer in front of me they didn't have the large car he booked. They only had a small car. He could take it or leave it but the price would be the same as the larger car.

Cons: Rental pricing on the car was good, but agent tried to upsell additional insurance coverage. The pick up point of the car was hard to find in the parking area and far away from the rental desk. Also, didn't like having a 900 euro deposit held on the car.

Cons: The only thing I could recommend they give costumers prior to picking up a vehicle is the list of any damage reported on the vehicle. I didn't get a list until after I returned the vehicle. They did give me my full refund back and they didn't report any damages during my 24 day rental period but it would just be nice to know the list of damages prior to picking up the rental vehicle. They did tell me to look over the vehicle prior to pick-up and take pictures of vehicle prior too leaving.

Cons: The car was very dirty on the outside and when I brought it to the attention of the staff on the ground, they said it is okay to be dirty. Also the car was not full of petrol but forced me to accept that. I didn't like that. I ended up spending £15 to top it up.

Pros: Terrible service. Long wait. Hard to find rental counter. Gave me wrong car. Had to walk all the way back for another. Then gave me a car with damages which were noted on the contract and photos also submitted. After returning the car, they are now stating I caused the damages. Sending me invoices and I did not cause the damages that were there when I received the vehicle!

He said okay and no problem.I walked to the rental desk asking for confirmation of the return and he stated if okay verbal given that was all, and they don’t give a written return. Days later I am getting invoices for damages that were there at time of rental and noted on the contract. Terrible company practices! Also, they say to reply if need help and then they don’t answer!

Wheego is a shady company and they were trying their best not to give me the security deposit of $900. I had to fight for it

Cons: The service by their agents at the pickup office was terrible. They're just scammers, will do their best to charge you extra costs for unjustified reason. They charged us an extra amount for reasons we didn't agree with, as we argued stating we won't pay then they used fraudulent techniques during the signature process but charged an additional amount later on the invoice that they retained from the deposit. NEVER trust Wheego, worst rental cars company I have ever rented with.

Pros: Check in agent David was pleasant friendly and helpful. Car was fine and had the zip needed for driving on the autobahn. Car was economical on fuel given we drove over 2500 km on our 10 day trip. Car was spacious for our luggage which was extensive given that this was the tail end of a 2-month long trip to Latin America.

Cons: It was impossible to reach Wheego on their call centre line. Kept waiting interminably.

Pros: Nothing! They were zero help. At a minimum someone should go with you at pick up and drop off to see the condition of the car.

Cons: Return procedure is not transparent. No final check at turnover and no receipt has been issued. Also the promised receipt and turnover clearance has not yet been sent despite ok clearance during turnover. Pricing a complete all in offer is not transparent due to several limitations. I expect a clear all in sales as offered in the weboffer.

Cons: We asked for Satellite Navigation so this turned out to be audio only so a mobile had to be plugged in. If one were alone it would Ave bee difficult as comments like what exits to take at round snouts were not always given. Without a second person in the car one could find it frustrating.

Cons: Representative at pick up was unfriendly, ignorant and unhelpful. Chose as pick up in Terminal 1 but did not realise had to return to terminal 2 and transfer across. Return gent was much better and helpful. Also was told at desk that deposit would be held on credit card but was taken on day and refunded on return.

Cons: Struggled to find rental desk. The desk at terminal 2 was closed, so had to go to Terminal 1. The rental desk was not with the other rental car companies, but eventually found it on another level. Directions upfront would have been helpful.

Pros: Process of taking and dropping off the car was easy.

Cons: Although in the reservation I added also the extra car seat plus informing we will cross the border, we didn't receive anything for crossing the boarder and also we needed to pick the car seat ourselfs from a different terminal as they didn't bring it to the car nor they had employees to bring it for us. In the terminal where the car is dropped of we found a pile of car seats and we needed to select one of them and just putted in the car. That would not be a lot if we were not also landing late.

Apparently the rules changed from the time I booked to the time I picked up the car and to get the car (with a small child and long travel at the car desk you are not given a choice other than have the deposit TAKEN OFF THE CREDIT CARD!!! £900!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! which takes out my available credit WITH NO WARNING!)

Cons: High deposit TAKEN OFF CREDIT CARD, not blocked. Car a mess, dirty, smelly, food under the seats - we have someone with allergies, and this is a hazard. Broken wipers, no wiper fluid, had to refill myself. Never ever again will I book Wheego.

Almost immposible to find the rental office in Stuttgart Airport (located elsewhere as all other rental companies), they provided a lower category car as booked (for an increased price) with no excuse, long procedure, return in different terminal (unlike the other rental companies), so you need extra 40 mins in airport, provided wrong address for car return. i would suggest to avoid this company.

Cons: It took me a long time to find the rental location. There are no signs. For a foreigner and a long flight it was tough. Nobody would provide any info. I had to call my German friends to find out how to get there. And then I waited 2 HOURS to pick up the car that was already pre booked. And I am not exaggerating. 2 hours. So I am sorry but I fiind it highly unlikely that I would rent again from you guys. Pick up guys. They were exactly what you would expect in Germany. Fast and efficient.

Additionally you charged me for useless insurance - the car hire company told me that I would have to pay them in full for any damage and then claim from you. I requested 2 x for a copy of the New Rental Contract on two diiferent fays and even called the Customer Service hotline which was also unable to get me a copy. This forced me to pay €52/$69 instead of €30/37. Because I had no new copy of the rental agrreement I could not transfer my insurance from the old car to the mew one. So I paid for an insurance for a car I did not drive.

Totally a scam. I also find other public reviews of similar incidents
