Pros: Inside the terminal, staff were friendly and genuine. Didn’t feel that we were being scammed at the drop off or pushed into buying additional unnecessary insurance at pick up.
Cons: Only negative was that the newborn car seat was poor quality. Not ISO fix/ very secure and quite an uncomfortable hard shell. For the money we spent renting the seat we felt the company could have invested more in a quality seat

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 700.00), Third Party Liability (TPL), Personal Accident Insurance, Airport surcharge, Road tax, Environmental charge, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 19 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 23.

A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.

Cross-border policy
Crossing country/state borders is not allowed.
Using a ferry is allowed on the previous request and for an additional charge with special permission from the car rental company.
