Cons: Robber! If you don't use their insurance, you will come up with numerous excuses for not refunding the deposit when you return the car. In the end, they found small scratches on the car that had not been found before and collected the entire deposit of 4800zl.

Cons: frankly i thought wheego make money not on car rental but on insurance claims. Luckily, i had taken full coverage so was not affected. But, they claimed for a small scratch USD 689 from my deposit, which i did not make but probably missed during taking the car. They were inspecting the car with a " microscope" definitely wanting to make claim. I would definitely take discover cars.com again but will not take the wheego option again

Pros: The car was in a great condition. It was comfortable and fuel efficient.

Cons: I didn't like the fact that I had to pay extra for the outside of the hours pick up due to my flight being delayed which was out of my control. I had to wait for the agent to come back as he has left already, and the pick up outside of the operation hours was almost the same amount of money as the whole rental which was really disappointing. The system didn't want to take our reservation which prolothe pick up process.

Cons: Bad provider will not rent a car from them never, while returning the car they are looking for a way to charge the customer for every little things that you see it because uou did not buy insurance from them, and they charge a lot of money for scratch that you can't see it and uou don't know if it was before or not, and the agents don't talk the truth when he delivered the car uo me. and when I asked to talk to Manger, the manager did not want to talk with me. Bad company and bad service.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 700.00), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Road tax, Environmental charge, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 23 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

The driver license must be written in Latin alphabet.
Otherwise, the renter must provide an International Driver Permit (IDP).
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.

In order to pick up the car, the renter and each additional driver must present the following documents: passport, valid driver license, ID card, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.
Renters from the following country(ies): Australia, Canada, Japan, USA must provide the following documents: passport, valid driver license, ID card, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, International Driving Permit (IDP) in order to collect the car.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
Payment policy
At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card.
The following payment methods are accepted: Visa Debit Card, MasterCard debit card, American Express Debit card.

Only cards issued in the main driver's name are accepted.
Credit card must be valid after rental period for at least 60 days.

Cash, Cheques, Prepaid cards is/are not accepted.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Cross-border policy
Cross border rentals are allowed only upon previous request.
Additional charges will be applied in case the car is crossing state or region borders.

Crossing country borders is allowed to the following countries: European Union.
Details are available from the car rental company's reservation office.

In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age).
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Additional charges will be applied.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
The vehicle must be returned in an acceptably clean condition in order to avoid additional charges.

Winter tires are recommended during the winter season but are not mandatory.
Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 59 minutes.
