Cons: Die Kaution bei Wheego beträgt 4’700 PLN und ist sehr hoch. Die Fahrzeugübergabe erfolgte bei starkem Regen, eine Kontrolle auf kleinste Schäden war praktisch unmöglich. Das Übergabeprotokoll konnte ich vor der Unterschrift nicht einsehen. Nach der Rückgabe wurden mir ein Steinschlag und ein kaum sichtbarer Kratzer angelastet. Da ich keine zusätzliche Versicherung bei Wheego abgeschlossen hatte, wurde meine gesamte Kaution einbehalten. Mein Geld war weg.

Cons: - charged 700 pounds for 3 new scratches - they gave me car 2 classes lower than order due they don't have any car with manual gear box as order. - I even suspect fraud because I found comments saying that an employee had made scratches on the car. On my photos taken 5 minutes before the inspection do not show these damages. - Customer service is awful - they speak in a rude manner - pay now or we take it form deposit - strangely enough two other renters were in the same situation as me.

Cons: Robber! If you don't use their insurance, you will come up with numerous excuses for not refunding the deposit when you return the car. In the end, they found small scratches on the car that had not been found before and collected the entire deposit of 4800zl.

Cons: frankly i thought wheego make money not on car rental but on insurance claims. Luckily, i had taken full coverage so was not affected. But, they claimed for a small scratch USD 689 from my deposit, which i did not make but probably missed during taking the car. They were inspecting the car with a " microscope" definitely wanting to make claim. I would definitely take discover cars.com again but will not take the wheego option again

Pros: The car was in a great condition. It was comfortable and fuel efficient.

Cons: I didn't like the fact that I had to pay extra for the outside of the hours pick up due to my flight being delayed which was out of my control. I had to wait for the agent to come back as he has left already, and the pick up outside of the operation hours was almost the same amount of money as the whole rental which was really disappointing. The system didn't want to take our reservation which prolothe pick up process.

Minimum rental age is 19 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

There is no maximum age.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 71.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

The driver license must be written in Latin alphabet.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
Winter tires are recommended during the winter season but are not mandatory.
Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.

Business hours

The supplier will hold the vehicle for 59 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
