Cons: A representative was supposed to be waiting for us at the airport. He wasn't there, and we had to wait almost an hour until he came to pick us up. From the moment we arrived at the lot, he tried to push their full insurance on us, even though we had full insurance through the company. Pros: I was denied having the car by the supplier as he said that I am one hour late as therefore the reservation is cancelled (the voucher specified 32 hours) and he claimed that my credit card is a debit card and it is not possible to pay with it for the guarantee.

Cons: Everything - very rude and in total contrast to what the Discovercars rental voucher mentioned.

Cons: L'agente che ci ha affidato l'auto secondo noi è stato scorretto, in quanto il POS che aveva in dotazione o era truccato o era difettoso, perché non ha riconosciuto il PIN della carta di credito richiesta per la cauzione e ci ha costretto, per non perdere i soldi già spesi per il noleggio, e perdere altro tempo con un'altra agenzia, a pagare, a fondo perduto, una somma pari a 3 volte l'importo già versato. Naturalmente la carta di credito ha funzionato perfettamente al primo acquisto successivo.

Cons: First of all the man was not waiting for us we had to walk a long walk and wait for him and call him a couple times. Second the car insurance was too high for a car that costs 50e we had to pay 40e insurance everyday. And that was not all, when we took the car back, he made us pay 10 euro for him to clean when we have paid full insurance and was not even clean when he gave it to us. Pros: It seemed faster and more price effective than a fully fledged car rental company, but I'm seeing the footer note costs now and I'll likely opt in the future for a more expensive company instead.

Cons: Negligent about reporting existing damages. Car wasn't cleaned, the dirty windshield (bird droppings) hid a small damage that's now reported as damage I made. Hostile upsell push tactics, "promising" I had 1% chances of recovering the 1100€ deposit if I didn't opt for an extra 90€ "full coverage" package (on a ~65€ rental already having a full coverage extra). Did not release the blocked 1100€ deposit. Did charge me for 1100€ (the full deposit).

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 2000.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Road tax, Environmental charge, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 22 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.

There is no maximum age.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 67.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

The driver license must be written in Latin alphabet.
Otherwise, the renter must provide an International Driver Permit (IDP).
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.

In order to pick up the car, the renter and each additional driver must present the following documents: passport, valid driver license, ID card, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
Payment policy
At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card.

Only cards issued in the main driver's name are accepted.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Cross-border policy
Cross border rentals are allowed only upon previous request.
Additional charges will be applied in case the car is crossing state or region borders.

Crossing country borders is allowed to the following countries: European Union.
Details are available from the car rental company's reservation office.

In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Hotel delivery charge.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Additional charges will be applied.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
The vehicle must be returned in an acceptably clean condition in order to avoid additional charges.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 59 minutes.
