Pros: Easy to handle all

Cons: The only thing that i can find negative is, being asked to pay additional charges for crossing boarders. If we are renting car in european union where the boarders are free to ride, there should not be crossing fee between the countries. In fact there could be additional deposit to secure your rights rather than asking additional charges where you do not provide any additional service for this. If you claim that this is extra charge to bring the car back, unfortunately it is not logical.

Pros: Everyone was really helpful. We’ve been involved in a little accident and all Wheego staff very helpful during whole process.

Cons: This goes to all rental companies at Bratislava airport. Cars are located at the furthest point from the airport building and you’re having to walk 300M with all your luggage ( there’s no proper path all the way or roof) There is also no shelter provided when loading and checking the vehicle for damage. In winter months all cars are frozen and covered in snow giving you 0 chances to check the car over.

Cons: I didnt find the car from big parking place 15 -20 min, and it was raining, was not nice search 15 min without umbrella... I recommend to give first time to the client map of parking place, and to show on the map, where the car is. everything else was super.

Cons: I booked the car for 22:00. I got to the desk for 22:00. There was a customer in front of me who had a problem booking so it took 15 mins to process them. When it came to my turn, the agent said as it was after 22:00 so had to pay €45 out of out of hours charge. I said I was at the desk on time to the booking and at 22:00 and it was the delay of the customer before me that meant the booking was after 22:00. They said the booking starts when the paperwork is done, not when I get to the desk

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 800.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Personal Accident Insurance, Airport surcharge, Road tax, Environmental charge, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 22 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

The driver license must be written in Latin alphabet.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.

In order to pick up the car, the renter and each additional driver must present the following documents: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
Cross-border policy
Crossing country borders is allowed to the following countries: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovenia, Spain-Mainland, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom.
Additional charges will be applied in case the car is crossing state or region borders.
Using a ferry is allowed on the previous request and for an additional charge with special permission from the car rental company.
In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Ski rack, Snow chains.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Booked extras are not guaranteed. All extras are subject to availability at the rental counter.

Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
The vehicle must be returned in an acceptably clean condition in order to avoid additional charges.

Winter tires are recommended during the winter season but are not mandatory.
Snow chains are allowed in icy/snowy conditions.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 59 minutes.
