Pros: I rent my car from WheeGo but instead picked my car from a different supplier called Simplyrent a car in Thessaloniki. Car wasn't the best but did the job. Went for cheaper option which was manual but was giving an automatic car which was what I wanted. Pick up was late night so I had to wait a bit but got there in the end. Car was 10 minutes drive from the airport but was given a lift by the car company.

Cons: Please put some signs at the pick up point at Thessaloniki airport.

Cons: We have arrived at renta place before 20. 00 after waiting 30 min at pick up location. When we arrived to rental office, renta agent left to drop off other customer to the airport. When he came back in 15 min he gave us a car and charged 50e extra for out of hours as it was 20.15 when we were leaving. But we arrived to the office before 20.00

Cons: First of all, the car was provided from a third company named Pieria cars. They were really rude on the phone before the rental. Second of all, i got a car with a really bad smell from cigarettes. When I pointed it out I had to drive 140 km in total to change the vehicle.

Pros: They changed the car after complain. The agent was responsive, it was easy to keep contact.

Cons: The first car was in very bad condition. After complain, the second car was okay mechanically, but still not properly cleaned. The agent was late from the meeting, and we did the contract in a café. My credit card fell to a hole in the café floor, and it was not possible to recover. So, I had to do the whole trip without credit card.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 700.00), Third Party Liability (TPL), Personal Accident Insurance, Airport surcharge, Road tax, Environmental charge, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 19 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 23.

Maximum rental age is 74 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

The driver license must be written in Latin alphabet.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.

In order to pick up the car, the renter and each additional driver must present the following documents: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
Cross-border policy
Crossing country/state borders is not allowed.
Using a ferry is allowed on the previous request and for an additional charge with special permission from the car rental company.
In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age).
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Booked extras are not guaranteed. All extras are subject to availability at the rental counter.

Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
The vehicle must be returned in an acceptably clean condition in order to avoid additional charges.

Winter tires are not mandatory in Greece.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 59 minutes.
