Pros: Friendly service.

Cons: We booked the car for 11 am, but it wasn't ready until 12pm. We were at the rental station at 10:30, and had to wait for a long time while other customers picked up their cars without waiting. Also it only has 3 doors instead of 5. We got a cabrio which we didn't book, but the roof was broken. After driving for a few minutes we realised it has engine problems and frequent power loss. We were told it is because of the bad fuel quality. Moreover, the car was old and dirty.

Cons: I didn’t need the car when I arrived, a couple of days into the holiday, but still had to put a flight number in for the day I actually arrived to book, which confused both me and the car hire company.

Pros: Everyone is very kind. We have book twice from wheego. Both was ok.

Cons: it is unusual, that when they pick you up at the airport, they want pick up only the driver (who will drive the rental car). we were as a couple, and only my husband schould be pick up and drive to the office. But because I had the creditcard for the deposit, I could go as well to the office.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 700.00), Third Party Liability (TPL), Personal Accident Insurance, Airport surcharge, Road tax, Environmental charge, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 19 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 23.

Maximum rental age is 74 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

The driver license must be written in Latin alphabet.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.

In order to pick up the car, the renter and each additional driver must present the following documents: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
Cross-border policy
Crossing country/state borders is not allowed.
Using a ferry is allowed on the previous request and for an additional charge with special permission from the car rental company.
In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age).
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Booked extras are not guaranteed. All extras are subject to availability at the rental counter.

Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
The vehicle must be returned in an acceptably clean condition in order to avoid additional charges.

Winter tires are not mandatory in Greece.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 59 minutes.
