Pros: I received car i ordered

Cons: The car was covered in ice, making it difficult to check for any damage. I found an additional scratch on the wheel and front door which was not included in the pickup report and will be charged for. Be extremely careful and arrive at least 30 minutes before checking your car. Agents very unpleasant. The sprinklers weren't working. I had to use windshield washer fluid to wash the rear window and outside windshield every 50 km, stopping at every possible parking lot. Very dangerous in winter.

Pros: The car was in almost good condition.

Cons: Beware! Do not approach this company. If you have not taken out insurance with them, they will fabricate damage and take the entire deposit from you. In my case, I left the car before the office opened with a mileage of 2 km less than in the photos the company later sent me with the so-called damage. In the photo, there are two white dots on the glass, which may just be stains. No one responded to my request for an explanation of where the 2 extra km came from.

Pros: Nothing.

Cons: Everything. I was pressured to pay an extra. The agent knew that our flight is due to depart. He had no qualms to capitalise on my desperation and charged me for minimal wear and tear of the vehicle.

Pros: The service: check in and check out went very smoothly thanks to Rafal! All went well, highly recommended

Cons: As stated above trying to take advantage of me while I have proof of damage already being present at pick up therefore failure to do their job prior to pick up and no picking us up from airport as stated therefore again lack of service.

Cons: I didnt know that they got rules to cancel my reservation in 2h if i not pick up the car

Cons: Chaotic pickup- we were expecting someone at the airport, to find out we have to take a shuttle to the rental- I feel this should have been better informed.

Cons: I got full insurance my tire get damaged they gave several wrong numbers to call until finally the correct number answered they did not replace the tire with a new one but with a spare tire . They want to steal my insurance by not putting it to new car instead want me to bay for insurance 3 times they did not help when car stuck in snow bad company bad reception treatment

Pros: This company is not to be trusted. They wrongfully charged me for small little dot on the door of the car. They charged me €240 I would not use this company ever again.

Pros: The car was superb! Really comfortable, new and spacious. Exactly the class I reserved! Rental service was kind enough to pick us up from the hotel and drop off after returning the car. Very much appreciated👍🏻

Cons: Cross boarder charges - the exact amount- should be clearly stated when placing order and not just vaguely mentioned that it “may apply” or “to verify with supplier”. It is not several euros! and should be considered

Pros: We’ve rented a seven seater. We got a brand new, very large vehicle and we were all very pleased with it. It was an automatic car that helped massively in the mountains.

Cons: Great service, helpful staff. We felt very well looked after.

Cons: Не проводят осмотр авто перед тем как отдают клиенту, при сдаче авто придираются к каждой мелкой царапине,даже к той что стирается рукой.пытаются вытащить деньги с клиента.летаем очень много и везде берем авто,но с такой компанией еще не сталкивались.не рекомедую эту компанию

Pros: En oferta desde mi casa , la oferta por 6 días rondaba unos 120 euros. Han esperado por mi, para recogernos en aeropuerto.

Cons: Al entregarnos el vehículo, nos cobraron 290 euros y alguna tasa más, ya que la vendedora ha decidido, que en bueno que tengamos un seguro adicional a todo riesgo. Me he enterado de precio, en moneda polaca, sin conocer el cambio, en momento de firma y entrega de llave. Considero un robo y una estafa, el proceder en esta manera. Hasta el momento,tampoco se nos ha devuelto la fianza de unos 110 euros, bloqueada en la tarjeta de crédito. Ya intentaré que mis amistades no utilicen Wheegoo en Krakow

Cons: The car requested was manual, but given automatic - it made me a bit anxious, as I haven't drive automatic before - the staff gave me a quick training and help get comfortable.

Cons: I guess I didn't read the terms correctly because I was charged again when I collected the car. This has never happened with numerous other car rental companies that I have used.

Pros: It was first time when i rented the car without unsuspecting payments or charges. It was wery fast and easy. The team very friendly and professional. Just best feedbacks👍

Cons: Was given a car with scratches later charging me for those scratches, beyond fraudulent. By all means look for another rental car company. If I could give them zero stars or negative I would.

Cons: You receive not what you asked for. I get Renault Arkana which is cheaper car than requested by me Mazda 6 and for 50% more money than on request. Arkana starts 124kPLN, Mazda 6 starts with 149 kPLN. They are chittering their customers by phone. They said to 2 people calling them that "can offer Renault Arkana which is like BMW X3" (starts with 230 kPLN).

Cons: 1)all about scamming you out of $. Selling insurance on the site, then claiming it's no good and need to purchase from them directly 2)claiming it's illegal to drive in Poland with US license, then remembering it's fine just pay $200 extra, Then when I was about to just walk out, getting a manager on the phone and reducing the price again 3) when I was dropping off during regular business hrs, found office closed, no notes, nobody picking the phone for an hour. Awesome for departing flight

Pros: They gave us brand new car, everything was perfect :)

Pros: The car was super clean and it was pretty convenient for pick up/drop off. They adjusted to our delayed flight.

Cons: They stated because we did not have an international drivers license we had to pay for full insurance which was 3x the amount of what it cost to do it online (I would have purchased it online if I knew that was a rule).

Cons: They are trying to scam me. I gave the car back with no complaints and later they send me that the is some damage, that I did not do.

Pros: I had a great experience with the Wheego. It was so convenient to drop the car in office for them to give us a lift to the airport. 5 Star service at the BEST price. Highly recommend
