Cons: I reserved a car with a certain deposit and the corresponding price for that offer. My flight was postponed and I arrived in Malaga earlier. I informed the rent a car house about my earlier arrival, but I did not receive an answer or any confirmation. when I came to Wiber, they told me that I can't take the car according to the offer I agreed on, but I have 2 options. either to pay more and take the car right away or to wait 7 hours and come and pick up the car at the time I originally stated.

Pros: The agent Raquel was very helpful. The car return process was very fast (less than 5 mins after we got to site) & shuttle driver to airport was very nice & shared great information.

Cons: Stood waiting for quite a while, as didn’t realise you had to take a ticket. The car was dirty outside and in. It was covered in dents and scratches.

Pros: Service was good but at return they asked photos of an scratch. Fortunately, I had it, so no problem but I guess they should have a better car control to avoid this kind of problems.

Pros: Both representatives I encountered, on picking up and dropping the vehicle off, we're extremely efficient but most of all friendly and helpful. Also have to give a mention to the drivers as again they did the job with a smile. We'll done wiber!

Pros: The shuttle bus was easy to find we had no wait as there was a Wiber bus picking up at the time. At the rental desk the agent explained that the full coverage I had taken with Discover cars was external to Wiber, if there was any damage Wiber would charge me and I would have to claim the money back from Discover. I didn't realise this but it's not Wibers fault so no issues with them. Check in on return was quick and the transfer back to airport was prompt. Staff were friendly and efficient

Pros: Nothing, it was all a nightmare! I used a lot of rental cars before, but never had such a bad overall experience. They are stealing money, using malpractices to get you in trouble (low pressure in the tires and on the entrance there are lot of holes), just so you damage a car and they can have a extra fee on you.

Cons: I was misguided that there are no additional costs apart from the car accident. The Wiber Rental company literally stole my 35€ for "administration fees" of sending me an email with a ticket for exceeded speed. At the same time - they didn't prepare the car properly, the pressure in the tires was half of the obligated, 1.3 bar! It was dangerous to drive, they didn't support me any way and I needed to take care of it myself.
