Pros: When I delivered the car, they checked it and confirmed verbally that there was no problem, but they did not approve and give me a document stating that everything was OK. If something happened to the car after me, they could collect the money from me. (THAT I DIDNT LIKE TOO).

Cons: When I booked the car online, the rental amount was charged to my UK credit card and the deposit was blocked. When I arrived at Izmir airport, I was asked for my Turkish credit card and the rental fee was also charged from my card and the deposit was blocked. The blocks were lifted 1 week after I delivered the car, but you charged both my UK card and they collected the hiring fee from my TR card and it was not refunded, meaning I paid the hiring fee twice.

Pros: After waiting for 1 hour and 30 minutes, the answer given to me is that you can't rent a car, the reason is that the driver's license number and passport number do not match, it should be like that anyway.but I rented it from the same place 4 weeks ago with the same passport and driver's license.shame.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 300.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 23 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.

Maximum rental age is 65 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 3 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.

Local renters must pass a Findex credit check to pick up the car.
A local renter is defined as a renter who is a resident of Turkey.
In order to pick up the car, the renter and each additional driver must present the following documents: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, boarding pass, Country entry stamp that is not older than 6 months.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: Child seat (2-4 years of age).
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Additional charges will be applied.
Booked extras are not guaranteed. All extras are subject to availability at the rental counter.

Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Additional charges will be applied.
Details are available from the rental company's reservation office.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
If the car is returned with a lesser amount of fuel, a refueling charge of 99 TRY will be applied + the cost of the missing fuel.
Additional information
Winter tires are recommended during the winter season but are not mandatory.
Snow chains are allowed in icy/snowy conditions.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 30 days.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 60 minutes.
If the customer is late for a return for more than 59 minutes, extra day charges will apply, in addition to any other rental charges.
