I was told it was for the police to respond to your situation, thought which the police wont entertain to your accident situation. I paid 1000 TRY for this insurance. There was a deposit of 2000 TRY, for which 638.40 TRY was deducted for toll charges, the remaining amount is pending return

Cons: Delayed maintenance caused brake pads to wear out during my trip in a different city. Helpdesk guided me to a garage for repairs, taking a day from my vacation. Picked up the car with an empty tank, requiring refueling at the first gas station. I had also added extra insurance with DiscoveryCars. However, the company said that this insurance would not cover in the event of an accident in Turkey, so I ended up getting additional insurance directly from the dealer.

Cons: the car had problems with the brakes making noice since the beginning of the rental period, getting worse at the end. I ask them about it and they didn't offer to change for a different car...also the car had a warning sign on. but it was due to plate lights

Cons: __most importantly, I've bought the 'full coverage' and they said it's not on them, but it's on DiscoverCars! means if sth would had happened, we had to pay them and then claim it via DiscoverCars. what is this at all? You show us in your website to buy this 'full coverage' service and then we have to pay that company first in case of any accident and then claim it?? __They didn't give us any receipt or documents when we picked up or dropped off the car! __The car was not that clean!

Pros: No one was at the disk( they were smoking and drinking coffee and I waited for about 45 min ). When handling the car They were almost inspecting the car under microscope to find any scratch but fortunately none. Until today they didn’t return the security deposit. They wanted me to show them the pre delivery inspection because their copy were send to the office and they don’t have an electronic copy( I have to open my luggage to give it to them ) and they didn’t return it back to me.

Cons: Price was good. Staff was nice but need to be professional and respect others time.
