Cons: I didn’t feel comfortable having to hand them my creditcard to fill in information on their laptop and have them reserve €2500 on it. That’s too much. Also had problems finding them on the airport.

Pros: They were polite and helpful and once we had found where they were the process was pretty straitforward. The car was clean and full of petrol but had quite a few scuffs and minor dents which was a little disconcerting. Returnbing the car was very easy.

Cons: The time it took to find them and they keep your deposit for too long. The car was very basic, no USB or bluetooth

Pros: provided a terrible service and we will never use this company again.. €50 out of hours fee. They had gone home!! They contacted me before the flight asked for the flight number so they new we was coming.. they ruined a perfectly good holiday leaving myself two children and my pregnant wife stranded at the airport.. We we arrived back at airport on the last day.. not even an apology!! Just some kind of justification for not being there! We was paying extra, for them to be there.. it’s shocking

Cons: There wasn’t a service provided!! They Wasn't there when there supposed to be there!! They contacted me independently and asked for flight numbers etc.. they new what time the flight was landing etc.. When asked - not even a sorry!! Between the whole family we fly out and hire cars 16 times a year!! Never have they seen this happen!! I most certainly will never use this company again!

Pros: The people I dealt with were professional and friendly, the car was fine and the actual airport pick-up as opposed to a shuttle service might be important to some people.

After making the payment, no invoice or receipt till now for what I paid.

Cons: There were a few small scratches on the vehicle when I collected it, which I had to photograph and make sure these were all marked up on the agency documentation that these were present when I first collected the car. So this took a bit of extra time on collection. And the instructions on where to find the car hire desk were not clear; better directions on the paperwork would have been helpful so we knew where we were going when we landed.

The return car park could be highlighted more as went to P4 in Faro and should have been P1 cost 4.5euros for 5 minutes. my fault but maybe emphasise on pick-up. Good really

Cons: The walk to the desk was very far and didn't realize how far the walk would be with all of our luggage. Had I known, I would have left my family at the gate, picked up the car, and met them. Also, the Renault Traffic 8 passenger van is really uncomfortable and shouldn't be offered. There is no aircon in back, the seats don't move, and it's a great car.

They also overlooked a crack in the drivers side mirror when we collected the car. We were given a Punto as "an equivalent" to a Polo, and in my opinion it is a smaller car. Maybe clearer instructions for finding the desk as, inevitably, we walked the wrong way to the special 'car rental' area.
