Pros: Fast friendly service.

Cons: They didn't seem to know that I had purchased Discover Cars' insurance package. When I turned up to collect the car they said it had no insurance and would I like to purchase some. It could be the fault of DC not communicating with them, or mayb they don't recognise DC's insurance cover. Hard to know.

Pros: They were patient and waited for us even when our flight was delayed by 2 hours. Very clean and modern with latest safety gadgets. Very flexi and helpful.

Cons: Not really. Just a bit of confusion (not their fault) about the insurance coverage. I guess that is always the issue when it is not the same company providing the car rental.

Also waited some time for the rental office staff to started sending us back to Hobart Airport, which is about 15 mins already. Also saw customers who were chilled waiting for the pick up to office

Car was new but wasnt really clean n there was no foot mat so we had a hard time dusting out sand/soil before returning. Car wiper also ran out of water. Car fuel efficiency was ok, had an upgrade to Outlander from Asx.

Pros: From the time I arrived at the agency everything was great. The staff was friendly and efficient and we got the car we expected and it even was almost new.

Cons: The only way to arrange the transfer from the airport to the rental agency was by phone call. Unfortunately my international calling plan did not work. I did find a kind stranger who called for me, but it would be nice to have a text communication option or a dedicated phone at the arrival terminal for all of the off-site cat rental agencies.

Pros: I had great experience with YesDrive Car Rentals. They have very good customer service, very friendly and helpful staff. At the end of my trip I found out that my flight got canceled and next flight is next day. I asked the agent if he can help us in anyway. He waited at the airport for us until we had confirmation of the flight and gave us the same car until next day. I could not ask for more. 😄
