Cons: Their agent wasn’t in the airport at midday as in the voucher, the car was older then expected when you rent a car, with more than 200 thousand kilometres, it was just half full tank of diesel , and the internal conditions wasn’t great, the driver seat has a hole in addition instead of the company just block the security deposit as happens everywhere they really charged the deposit and said that they will refund later, and the car documents wasn’t in the car, we just realised this after some tim

Cons: The rental car experience was an absolute nightmare. It felt like we were being scammed from the moment we walked in. The initial quote they provided turned out to be a mere illusion, as hidden fees and charges magically appeared on the final bill. It was as if they had a secret menu of ways to siphon money from unsuspecting customers. The car itself was a relic from a bygone era, and any pre-existing damages conveniently went unnoticed until it was time to return the vehicle.

Cons: I am still waiting for a return on my deposit after 10 days. The terms and conditions stated the deposit would be blocked on my credit card and returned at the end of the rental period but instead it was taken. To make matters worse neither Discover Cars or Yes Rent a Car have satisfactorily replied to my emails.

Pros: Very responsive when picking up the car. And accommodated our request to pick up the car at after hours.

Cons: Charged the wrong amount (more than what discover car rental told me). And still didn’t refund me after calling over 5 times. Rep said that she will take care of it but never did. Another rep asked me to email them but no response from the email.

Cons: Car rental company confirmed that car was returned OK and then did not return security deposit. When requesting deposit refund after 14 working days they fabulated damages that cost more than deposit value. I am sure the car was without damages when returning. I think they do it on purpose (fraud) and try it on their customers. I will have to go to court to get my money back. Please do not offer this car rental company at your webpage.

Pros: Once I understood that some individual would hover around arrivals outside moving locations as police and security moved them on it was ok. Not good communication at all and not just because of language. I was asked for a deposit(naturally) and asked when I put a debit card down if it was just a block on certain funds or actual deduction of funds involving an actual foreign currency conversion and I was told “no, just a block”. I will lose more from currency loss than renting the car

Cons: See above. Person dropping off the car didn’t give clear instructions. He knew what was to be done but didn’t communicate well resulting in multiple calls and aggregation when not needed.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, First additional driver, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 250.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Winter tires, Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Road tax, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 18 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 22.

Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 70.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

For vehicles in groups Compact, Intermediate a driver license issued at least 2 years ago is required.

Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU countries.
Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card until the end of the rental period.
A deposit will be charged if one of the following cards is used: Visa debit card, MasterCard debit card.
Payment policy
At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: Cash, Visa Debit Card, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, MasterCard debit card.
Only cards issued in the main driver's name are accepted.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Cross-border policy
Cross border rentals are allowed only upon previous request.
Crossing country borders is allowed to the following countries: Greece, North Macedonia, Romania, Serbia.
Information on the exact fee amount is available by request.
In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Roof rack, Ski rack, Snow chains, Toll device.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
Underage additional drivers are also subject to a young driver fee.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

During winter season (from 01.11 until 31.03) Winter tires are included in price.
Certain additional drivers are subject to both an Additional Driver fee as well as either a Young Driver or Senior Driver fee.

Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Additional charges will be applied.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Rental period
The maximum rental period is without limitations.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 60 minutes.
