Pros: The car was quite old - 125000kms - and had quite a few minor dents and scratches BUT was very economical and ran really well. Travelled long distances - approx 2500kms - and had no problems whatsoever.

Cons: I didn't like the that i had to leave a $2000.00 Deposit for a minor bit of damage to the car. Which I did not do. To help in these matters a dash cam should be placed in all of the vehicles. The car was parked over 2 days and the damage done then. I had a flight to catch at 10.am and they were not going to let me go until could paid the deposit. THEY DIDNT EVEN KNOW THER OWN BANK DETAILS. To pay money into their account by another person.

Pros: It took only a couple of minutes to sign off and pick up the car and dropping off was very easy too. They also had a shuttle there to take us back to the airport. Car was clean looked well looked after.

They then indicated some problem with my driver's license. I responded with corrective information 3 days ago and have not received a response back. I am not sure how to proceed with the claim which was insured through Discover. So the rental was fine up until then.

On the last day of our trip, we had a flat tire. I expected that I must have run over a nail somehow. But no, the front passenger tire blew because there was no tread on the tire. The steel belts showed all the way around. We (and Yes Rentals) were extremely lucky that the tire blew out on a straight away.

Pros: It was not clear the car I selected at site and what I got. Was not super happy about that. Maybe a clear indication of what car I would be getting would have not give me a surprise.

Pros: Easily contactable for questions and support. Instead of unpacking our loaded car into the shuttle bus at drop-off, the attendant drove us direct to the terminal. We left a valuable item in the car at drop-off also and the attendant returned to the airport for us within 10min. Great service.

Pros: Joe was flexible around my needs: was able to swap out my big rental car for a smaller one. Ease of booking and dropping off. Quick pick up and drop offs. Would highly recommend!!

Cons: 2 of the cars I rented smelt like someone had been smoking in them, otherwise was all good!
