Cons: Their model is basically add various unexpected costs when you reach at the couy to get your car. They refused to take my own car insurance for rental insured and had to pay $50 extra at the last minute. Also, the car condition was very poor - lots of dents and the mat on the trunk was already ripped off. In addition, the car display was in Spanish. I had not idea what it was showing on the screen..Rear camera did not work as well.

Pros: To be honest and upfront with fees, what I was quoted at time of booking was not what I ended up paying. Scare tactics were used at time of rental (if you don't get the sunpass now then this and this will happen to you, you can not buy sunpass at 7Eleven , they don't work on rental cars) and on and on.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 2800.00 - € 4660.00), Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI), Airport surcharge, Road tax, Free modifications, State Tax.
Mileage policy
For local renters mileage is limited to 50 miles per day.
Mileage is limited, there will be a surcharge for each additional mile.
A local renter is defined as a renter who is a resident of USA - Florida.

For all customers, except local renters the mileage is unlimited.
Details are available at the car rental company's reservation office.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

Maximum rental age is 79 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 75.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the national driver license is not written in English.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.

In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card until the end of the rental period.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
Payment policy
At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
It is possible to leave the deposit only with following methods: Diners, Discover, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card.
Only cards issued in the main driver's name are accepted.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Cross-border policy
Crossing country/state borders is not allowed.
In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: Toll device.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 30 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 45 minutes.
