It is possible to find much better car for much better price if you contact the car rental company directly. 3. The car I received was making a lot of strange noise, sometimes I thought I'll loose some parts of the car while driving. 4. It was impossibe to get the company representative by phone - there was no answer.

Cons: It is better if you try to get your own sakes office where a customer can come an collect the key and drive to the city, as flights schedules change sometimes one has to wait for your agents if the flight arrives early and vice Versa, so I suggest a small office by the airport will make your company more competitive like the others who has office there.

Sales Hub is not the rental company, it's OKAP Cars, this Sales Hub is just sub-contracting another company, meaning you book with DiscoverCars, that book with YSH, that book with OKAP Cars and therefore the information/requests are lost in the middle of this big confusion, that's why nobody was there to pick us up. Okap was OK at least.

There was no such person there, and after waiting for 10 minutes I was lucky to find a representative meeting another customer. That representative had to make several phone calls before finallt being told to direct me to a car hire desk in arrivals. It was lucky the other representative was there, otherwise we would have been completely lost.
