Cons: Staff very rude trying to give me a car that was full of dents all over the car second car they gave me not a full tank of gas 3/4 full forcing me to take other services that I took with discover car this stressed me all week

Cons: The hidden "loss of use" insurance charge I was forced to pay or lose my initial payment of $160. I will NEVER use your company again, and will tell everyone I know on FB not to use it unless they know there will be 100% undisclosed charges. Absolute scammers.

Cons: They hit with unexpected, mandatory insurance charges when I got there. The seat also had stains (probably from a previous renter swimming in salt water). Agents were not very friendly or efficient processing renters.

Pros: I did not like the service at all. I will never book from this company again or discovercars. from the shuttle at the airport to picking up and dropping off the car was not a good experience.

Cons: Shuttle bus is not on a regular schedule you have to call & then just wait to see when the shuttle arrives, I barely made it to the rental location before they closed. Car rent agent was very rude & inconsiderate. The rental car agent told me if I didn't like something I could go rent somewhere else. The car wasn't clean, nor was the car rental location. Felt like I was going to get a flat tire right in their parking lot there were so many potholes. Dropping the rental off wasn't any better.

Cons: I feel like I was mis lead into buying the pass to pay for express lanes. The way it was explained seemed like I had to have it if I planned to drive long distances on the highway system. I took that as all lanes would be charged at certain points along the highways. This was a $111 charge which was a complete rip off!! I would never of used this system if I didn’t need to. I used it a few times as I had paid for it, but most of the times the lanes were even closed for construction. Total waste

Cons: Zezgp was terrible. From pick up at the airport (which never happened) thank god for Uber, to the rental paperwork, to the beat up car with 3 huh caps and a broken tail light. I waited over a hour for to be picked up from the airport. The first time I called they said they would pick us up in 5-10 minutes. 25 min later I called again. Was told 5 min. 15 min later I called again. He left here 10 minutes ago he should be there in 5 min. Another 15 min later still no shuttle. I called an Uber.

Cons: waited for the shuttle over an hour and 4 phone calls in the scorching sun. Not Friendly, car was all scratched and no other cars to choose from, and forced me to purchase full coverage insurance did not accept my own car insurance like I have used in the past with other agencies.

Cons: There were all kinds of hidden fees. The car had some sputtering while I drove it local, and I wanted to switch for another car when I was in Orlando. There is another rental company by the same name but they said I could not swap for another car, I had to drive that car back to ft lauderdale. I was very nervous driving a car that had a check engine light on and sputtered occasionally in local traffic.

Pros: This company is a scam and needs to be reported ! They advertise the price that they cannot provide at the time of picking up ! And use it just to get the people in. Waist of time!

Pros: The service was horrible. It took them forever to pick me up at the airport, it was over 20 min. Then when I got to the car rental place, the electricity was off. It was very professional. It looked like friends hanging out. At the end I just had them take me back to the airport. I never rented the car and it was a waste of money. I called discover car to share my experience and was telling them that it was taking forever for pick up and that I wanted to cancel my reservation.

Cons: Discover cars did not allow me to get my refund. I will never rent a car from any of these vendors again. I ended up renting a car from Avis instead.
