Pros: The reps were super nice and patient. I had issues with the CarPlay and they were great in helping me set everything up.
Cons: Honestly nothing. I would use them again bc of the service. I didn't like that I had to take an extra shuttle to get there off the airport grounds but the service was great.

Pros: We were charged more than double. Absolutely ridiculous to at they are allowed to have a mandatory 3rd party liability insurance. It was as much as the rental fee itself. Got a 3 year old Camry that was beat up and had 40k Miles on it. What a let down.

Cons: Too much air freshener was used in the car, and this caused some allergy problems.

Cons: The fact that I ended up paying more than twice what I agreed to online when I made the reservation. The "loss of use" extra charge of $13 per day, the fact that I couldn't use my own EZPass badge and had to pay $15 per day to use Zezgo's SunPass, and the claim that I couldn't use insurance both from my car insurance company and my credit card company because "our system can't handle that" were all absurd.

Please check the Rental Conditions for each vehicle prior to booking as some conditions, particularly the deposit and deductible, may vary based on the class of vehicle.
An E-Toll is offered in order to avoid violation fees.
If the customer declines Toll pass / E-toll device, a penalty of 26.62 USD for each toll used in addition to the cost for each paid or unpaid toll will apply.
Please note, that it is difficult to avoid Toll Roads while driving in Florida State, so it is highly recommended to activate Toll Device offered by the provider in order to avoid violation charges (up to the full amount of security deposit). Note that it is not possible to use personal Toll device or pay on spot.
A return airline ticket and passport must be presented in order to qualify for a rate with unlimited mileage.

A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
Maximum rental age is 98 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In order to pick up the car, the renter and each additional driver must present the following documents: passport, credit card, valid driver license, booking voucher, flight information.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).

All extras are available at the rental counter. Prices vary, depending on the rental period.
It is allowed to add up to 3 additional drivers.
Delivery/collection service is not provided.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
If the customer is late for a return for more than 90 minutes, extra day charges will apply, in addition to any other rental charges.
