Cons: Waiting 30 minutes for pick up. The surroundings of the office. Being allocated a six year old car with over 105,000 miles n the clock. Being offered the toll activation option at $25 PER DAY in addition to the actual tolls. When we declined the activation option we were told to stay out of the sun pass and express lanes. Subsequently it appeared the car had an activated sun pass and paid all the tolls even in the cash lanes. Out of date registration and insurance documents.

Cons: They offered extremely low rentals but set you up to be charged exorbitant fees. The details of their scam are too lengthy to place here. After the experience, I looked online at reviews and Better Business Bureau reports and saw that they have been doing this for many years.

Cons: The car was a wreck, every panel was damaged and filthy inside not to mention we barely made it back to Miami. They couldnt care less. My deposit of $600 is yet to be returned

Cons: When I followed the instructions to order pickup service, I thought I had the wrong number because the rep answered hello? and then didn't seem to know what I needed. Also, we needed to provide a copy of our proof of insurance and didn't have one and with it being a Saturday, it was difficult to obtain in order to rent the car. I suggested that they make sure to provide that important information up front and again as a reminder and he simply said we told you...we were not happy campers since.

And 14 days on now they still not return my money but told me to email their customer service to request for this payment I emailed their customer service 24 hrs ago and still have no reply So I called them up and I was told that I have to keep emailing their customer service

Cons: The whole service for the amount I paid in comparison to others in my group who used budget car rental and Alamo was nothing short of shocking, I know you should always read the small print but after a 12 hour journey exhausted I felt as though I had picked by far the worse car rental company

Cons: Worst of all, they didn't refund my full security deposit, even though I returned the car just as it was when I picked it up. They had far too many papers to sign when I picked it up. And I had to call them and wait after my arrival, when I expected someone to be waiting for me.

Cons: When picking up the car a charge of $600 was made as a deposit which was never returned. A month later a further amount of $380 has now been chsrgedntommy credit card. What for? Absolute crooks.

Cons: The price listed is not the price I would've had to pay to drive away from that place. Dishonest pricing. Secondly, the shuttle pick up and person I dealt with was very unprofessional, and the lack of signage at the rental location looked incredibly shady.

Cons: A bit long to come and pick us and then a too small car for the 6 of us (we rentend a van). We had to come back ourselves to pick up the rest of the family and luggages and it took us a while as no directions were given to us and no GPS

If we had arrived at night or I was on my own I would have been very nervous. Then advised that we had to spend a further $14.95 per day on the Sun pass tolls - had not heard of this. returning car more stressful. arrived at warehouse - all locked up - I tried calling twice - no pick up - partner called and told they had diff time. cleaning charge!

Cons: First, the phone number didin´t work. No picking up at the airport because because we didint´t get touch of them (had take a taxi). They didin´t have car for us because they said previous client crash it, so we get broken WV Passat where engine light was burning and it was also damaged. Then we try to contact them by e-mail ask for questions . They never answer. So over all it was horrible customer service.

Cons: There is no sign marking where the company’s warehouse is so almost impossible to find when dropping the car back- very stressful. Hidden extra charges made hiring from them way more expensive than other companies. I also do not understand these charges and am currently in a dispute with them. Toll roads not explained properly, when asked whether I needed to pay the extra to cover for tolls, they said “just avoid them” & now have charged extra $230 on my card for an acci! Not happy!

Cons: We were not allowed to use our own Sunpass transponder, without warning this would be the case. we would not have booked with them otherwise. Cruise control didn't work. We contacted Zig Zag, but they did nothing. The engine warning light came on. We again recontacted Zig Zag, and again they did nothing. We would not recommend this company.

Cons: As we heard the pickup location will be changed which is very good as the momentary location looks crappy and is in an area where I would not want to be after dark. Returning the car we had to wait almost 20 Minutes even though we advised zigzag of our arrival time at the location and then whoever was responsible did not answer the phone anymore

They still owe us $ 2.700 in security deposits. The rental price was $700 a month. It was the most expensive and stressful experience of rental cars ever .
