Pros: Zippay7 is a good supplier, unlike PANEK, as I found a similar car to what I booked earlier. Zippay7 provides an alternative quick solution for my family, helping to mitigate the impact caused by inadequate management by DiscoverCars.

Pros: My car was ready to go when I got there. The agent spent a few minutes pointing out some key features. Road tolls were easily handled. Early car return and ride back to the airport was a breeze.

Cons: More direction for the downtown drop-off would be helpful. I wasn't really sure if I needed to drop the key and go or meet with an agent and get some paperwork.

Cons: Hello Thank you For providing the service to explore your beautiful country Austria . But unfortunately during the return of the Car at the office of Zippy Auto Rent , the officials ( two both boys ) at the counter were very rude , racists and discrimination. There behaviour was very shocking and disheartening to us including my wife . This is only bitter memories/ experience we had in our one month summer vacation to Europe Kindly look into it so that no other customer treated that way

Pros: John was an absolute gem. Very friendly and courteous. He understand english very well and can help you with anything. This is my second time car hire in vienna and I would definitely recommend John and Zippy7 for car hire. They are quite reasonable in price and had a variety of cars.

Cons: I would say John need to train his fellow member of the team who were doing cleaning as they are very aggressive and had bad attitude. A basic friendly behaviour is desirable when you are working in a customer based environment. I am not too sure why people can't understand that simple process. Be friendly and good attitude.

Cons: I didn't like the fact that the company rep tried to give the car away with a malfunction. The tire pressure sensor on the dashboard was on, tried to convince me that it was normal. After a short conversation I was exchanged for the same car, but it was not very clean.

Cons: I believe I was scammed out of money from Zippy7, I used their 24/7 drop off parking lot in Vienna to return the car. Thinking they were a trustworthy company. I returned a car that was in great condition. I took a video of the outside to prove there were no issues. However they probably took into account that I didn't take pictures of the inside of the car. I was charged 360 Euro's for "damage to the upholstery." This is twice what I paid for the actual rental. and FALSE.

Cons: They checked the tire in the trunk when we returned a car-unbelievable and then hidden charges: while ordering a car via Discoverycars.com, it was not mentioned in the voucher that there are charges linked to border crossing, otherwise we wouldn't reserve via Discovercars. Then suddenly you appeared to be charge 90Eu for crossing UNVISIBLE border within EU and + 120 Eu penalty!!!

Pros: Very happy with Zippy7. Easy and quick pick up and drop off. Didn’t try to scare off and sell anything extra like full insurance, etc. Gas station next door (for Vienna airport office)! We extended the contract for a day and again was no hassle at all.

Cons: My Uk mobile wouldn’t connect to any of the zippy 7 numbers so it was super stressful. The agent also tried to charge a much higher amount than we initially were quoted. They also only open at 8amwhich didn’t work with our 7:30 flight. Whilst they were very nice I found the experience quite stressful and would in future book a car with an in airport desk even if it’s more expensive

Pros: They are very professional with service and also they offered us free upgrade to later car model. they also offered free cross boarded to go from Salzburg to Innsbruck via Germany highway which is fastest route. I like the way we signed contract everything was digital and you get copy on your email. even about deposit they just blocked amount on my credit card for rent duration and then it was released after inspecting car on handover day. overall Supplier was excellent in the service.

So be very careful when you check the car, before you take it!
