Pros: I got a car, which I was not looking for. But when I asked them about changing to a better one, they gave me the one I wanted. It was worth the money I paid for.
Pros: Highly recommended. Friendly staff, clean office, ease in getting the right car, good price, clean and newer cars. Five star overall.

Cons: Personally felt how was scammed. A PASS12AD; 6203BK Chevy is no where similar to the Nissan NV2000 i saw online. so i got no value and use for the money i paid, especially because i was unnecessarily stressed for no reason.
Pros: Car is decent. Zoom agent was good and fast.
Cons: Bill from zoom was not explicit - value of $115.98 on zoom’s invoice is different from the $177.44 I paid. Also, $500 deposit was not captured or explained or refunded. No information on it.
Pros: Not very much. Car was dented and several scratches all over it. Took way too long to get the car in the first place upon pick up. Was very unsatisfied!!
Cons: I didn’t like being forced to buy insurance. I had coverage through my credit card but it wasn’t enough. The agents could have been more professional. Instead, they were rude and condescending. I saw other customers be treated in a similar matter. Don’t raise your voice or treat your customers like we’re stupid. That is never okay in any setting, let alone a business.

Rental Conditions

Mileage is limited, there will be a surcharge for each additional km.
Mileage is limited to 150 km per day for 12 Passenger Van car group(s).
Details are available at the car rental company's reservation office.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the national driver license is not written in English.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, flight information.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: Diners, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card.
The following are accepted methods of payment:Cash, Debit cards.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Additional charges will be applied in case the car is crossing state or region borders.
Crossing country borders is allowed to the following country: Canada, USA.
Mileage limitations will apply when the car is to be used for crossing country borders, crossing province borders.
In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 120 minutes.
The grace period will be honored only during business hours.
